I would think that free coffee or water would be something to consider in the future. This would enhance the stay at your hotle.

We stayed two nights at this property and truly enjoyed ourselves. The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the location is ideal for walking around and playing tourist along the waterfront of San Francisco. Definitely will book this property again when I'm next in The City by the Bay.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn, Fishermans Wharf for two nights, 3rd floor room with a view of a brick wall, dark and miserable. The furnishings are dated, the beds small, struggled to share one with my husband because the mattress sagged in the middle, very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are small with a reduced countertop space. Had breakfast in the hotel restaurant, the buffet choice was very poor in choice and quality, the price comparable to a four star gourmet hotel, would not recommend.
