Good clean room lacking cups for tea or coffee and spoons - these tea/coffee/sugar disposable items were not refreshed - I was forced to buy a mug and spoon. Reception was always busy with long delays an no priority rewards queue

Great Hotel, excellent views of the city. The restaurant has good food and drinks. They had a watch party for the basketball games. Very Neat. Parking is Self Parking in garage.

Good value for money, location and staff. Didn't use the restaurant much, but they have a decent menu to cater to different needs. Great room with good views of the bay

This is by far the best IHG Holiday Inn in the City. Parking is relatively easy in the garage, elevators are extremely fast, ambience in lounge is great, staff is courteous.

The front desk was able to accommodate a change from single double bed to two double bed by giving us a "special" room. All the regular 2 bed rooms were taken. Loved this room on the top floor. Appears to be the living area of a 1-bedroom unit with small kitchenette, living room and dinning room. It was great. The beds were pull outs and Murphy's and a little uncomfortable but loved the trade up for better living quarters. Thanks for working with us.

When trying to leave credit card and IHG information at check-in, I was told "I'm too busy right now. Come back later." Four hours later the line was 16 guests deep. After waiting 15 minutes, only two guests had cleared the line. Consequently, I did not use the restaurant or bar at the hotel.
Room was fine until housekeeping began to use the supply closet next to my room. Noisy door closing and conversation.
