Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by group reservation Association Specialty Cut Flower Growers March 2015 Despite getting a nail in my tire in the parking lot and having to deal with a tow truck, etc. (!) my stay at the San José Airport was fantastic. Very nice staff all around. This is the first time a hotel actually pays attention to the handwritten note I left on my bed to please not change my sheets or towels (usually hotels have pre-printed signs about saving the environment and so on, but go ahead and change all the sheets and towels regardless of any plea one might make not to do so). I loved that! It was easy to get into town on the train with a station right across the street, and the neighborhood was walkable, pretty and felt safe. Thank you. March 31, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Back again, issues beginning to grate Staff as friendly as ever, and grateful for supply of fridge. Downside, some maintenance issues, Ice machine broken for 5 days, one of the elevators broken for while of 12 day stay. TV channel selection remains poor and HBO was not working or unwatchable throughout. Wifi still an issue, at times it's fine, at other times painfully slow and prone to dropping. Still, comfortable as ever, staff friendly and good location. Just please fix these small issues March 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service This is our go-to place to stay when visiting San Jose. The staff is always very pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, during this stay they had some sort of young persons convention and the young folks were very noisy until after 11 p.m. We will return to this hotel on our next visit. The staff is wonderful and it is close to lots of restaurants. March 24, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointing The cold tap didn't work and on reporting this to the front desk and asking for cold water to be sent to my room, they told me they'd charge me $2 a bottle for it. The internet was in an out, so much so I couldn't work and send emails. The TV reception was also poor and most channels didn't work. On the second night, I asked to move rooms, and while I did have cold water, there was a rogue hair in my shower, one in my room service food, and the TV and internet were problematic again. Utterly disappointing stay. March 22, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bring your own entertainment It's pretty quiet tonight. Why? Because there is no T.V. Nothing, no signal poor reception most of the evening then nothing. I stay here often, if it's not fire alarms, it's the TV, when it's not the T.V it's the wireless. Like the place, friendly, clean and good food. But PLEASE update your infrastructure. Your in the heart of Silicon Valley. Should not be hard to find a company that can fix basic technology issues. March 10, 2015
