THE FOOD AND DRINK ARE GOOD BUT WAY OVERPRICED. THE ROOMS ARE DATED, SINK AND SHOWER DRAINS ARE CLOGGED, TV (CABLE) IS LIMITED COMPARED TO OTHER PROPERTIES. IF YOUR A SPIRE ELITE MEMBER THEY WILL MOST LIKELY PUT YOU ON THE 9TH FLOOR, NO BIG DEAL OTHER THAN THE VIEW YOU WONT GET REFRIDGERATOR OR MICROWAVE LIKE YOULL GET AT MOST OTHER PROPERTIES. AS A SPIRE ELITE MEMBER IM SUPPOSED TO BE GAURENTEED THE LOWEST PRICE AVAILABLE. YET ON ONE OF MY NIGHTS I HAD A HIGH RATE RESERVED, YET WHEN CHECKING ONLINE I SAW CHEAPER RATE AND FRONT DESK WOULD NOT HONOR CHEAPER RATE. SAVE YOUR MONEY STAY ELSE WHERE February 9, 2016

I am an elite member and I got no upgrade of room Free breakfast is stopped and no cocktail on Wed anymore. Staff is irritated when you ask and gave me the wrong keyboard/mouse for the computer, then were irritated when I asked for a replacement. Ive never seen this anywhere else. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 ロケーションはいいが、お風呂に難あり 空港から約10分とロケーション的にはグッド。また、1st沿いにレストランなどもたくさんあり、ホテルのレストラン以外の食事の選択も豊富。 ただ1点、今回の滞在中に気になった点は、バスタブの水の抜けが悪いことでした。お風呂を洗ったタイミングで気づく内容ですので、特にフロントには連絡しませんでしたが、結局最後まで水抜けが悪いままでした。この地域全体なのか?このホテルだけなのか?たまたまその部屋だけなのか?といった点はわかりません。が、シャワーをするたびに脛あたりまで排水がたまり、��快でした。 February 1, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by If you want to relax, request a room away from the coutyard Nice property. Staff was attentive. I didn't dine in, so no comment for that. You have to go through a gate to enter the property. it would give easier access if you could drive up to the entrance area, check in, and then go through the gate to park. The courtyard area was nice touch but if you're not there to socialize, the noise from the area can be annoying... February 1, 2016
