Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good for Business trips to San Jose Booked this hotel because it was near Cisco and it had a good price, I have read some reviews where it said that it was noise but I don't know what to say, those guest rooms were really quiet, you hear nothing there. Maybe it was because I got a room in a higher floor but anyhow, I was able to rest peacefully. In addition to this the staff is very friendly, I will definitely book this hotel when I come back. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by My 2nd stay here, why did it go so wrong? This was a one night stay, using points. My room was one of the worst in the hotel. The toilet was broken, there was no toilet paper or bathroom soaps. I had to call the desk 2 times to get this to be sent up to my room. I honestly suspect that someone else had occupied the room and changed their minds and they got moved out and they forgot to refresh the room. I mentioned this to the front desk several times and they just took notes. Also Juan at the front desk needs to be in another position, he's not a very welcoming person...you get the feeling that you're bothering him if you even dare to ask a question. May 12, 2016
