Fatima went above and beyond when I checked in. I explained that I had a bad migraine and she helped me find a local urgent care clinic. Later she called to check on me and personally brought me up the blanket I requested. The staff and facility was excellent and I'll be sure to stay at this motel when I visit family again in the future.

While this hotel is bit further away from the majority of SFO hotels, it still is convenient to the airport and has an efficient shuttle service running every 30 min to the airport.
The rooms are general Holiday Inn fare, but the suites can be quite spacious and feature a small kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator.
Finally, the most appealing thing about this hotel is it's free parking (during your stay), which stands in stark contrast to the many of the other airport hotels.

Room is very noisy since it's near 101.
It's hard to sleep unless they improve the sound proof of the window.

Temperature was hard to control in the room; much street noise; service and food in restaurant were poor.
Transportation and parking privileges were excellent, and these were the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Room was wrong, 2 queen beds instead of a king. No fridge. After requesting a different room and a fridge the front desk staff said they could not accommodate. This is by far my least favorite hotel in the Bay Area and I have stayed in around 30 hotels over the years for business.
I cancelled my two week reservation here and had a much better stay at a nearby Holiday Inn Express. Don't risk it with this specific hotel. It shouldn't even be in the IHG group of hotels!
Bad service, bad hotel.

It was pretty bad experience overall. Staff is impolite and not accommodating. I had several basic requests(extra towel, shaving kit and etc) and always had to wait and call back after 20-30 mins.

Roomy and comfortable, used as a day room between flights (15 hour layover). Service was great, courtesy van driver was the sweetest, nicest guy ever!!!
