I would like to thank all the staff of Hotel Holiday Inn for the special attention they gave my family and me during our stay at the hotel.
The service, the rooms, and the food is excellent. The staff always manages to exceed our expectations by going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
I would especially like to thank the team at the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. Everyone was super friendly and very professional.
I never have to think twice about staying at the Holiday Inn (Santa Elena) and always recommend the hotel to all my family and friends.

I stayed for 12 nights recently. Unfortunately my stay was not as comfortable as other have said theirs were.
The design of the lobby looks great, but it has a big drawback. This hotel provides service to many functions, some involving large crowds, when these large crowds all congregate in the lobby, the noise travels all the way up the hotel and echos around. If you happen to be sleeping or relaxing ... well basically tough!
Also, right now they are having construction work done to their swimming pool area, the workers start promptly at 7.30 each morning. Again, if you happen to be sleeping or relaxing ... well basically tough!
The website of the hotel claims that English is spoken, as a second language in the hotel. Basically translate this to mean that the people on the front desk speak English, but do not try to give an order in the "restaurant" in English. Also, forget room service, the people taking your order do not speak English either.
Also, do not pay much attention to the literature in the room, it is full of mistakes. For example the guide clearly states that the Coffee Shop / Bar is open until 11pm every night. What it fails to inform you is, that it closes at 3pm on a Sunday.
One night during my stay, at 11pm, I was sleeping, and woken up by staff cleaning the carpet in the corridor outside my room!!
So, NO, I did not have a very relaxing stay.

El hotel es bastante nuevo y esta muy bien ubicado con restaurantes por todos lados. El gimnasio muy bueno y la cafetería están bastante agradables. El servicio de taxi del hotel es muy cortes, eficiente y puntual. Lamentablemente todas las habitaciones son iguales a excepción de dos suites que siempre están ocupadas y tampoco hay piso ejecutivo. Definitivamente esto no atrae a los miembros Priority porque realmente no hay un trato diferenciado a nos ser por el counter al momento de la llegada. Recomendable solamente en caso no hayan otras opciones.

Ese hotel esta en una area con buenos restaurantes, centros comerciales y facil acceso.
Es bueno hotel, confortable, con una excelente gimnasia y un buen servicio personal.

El hotel es un hotel promedio,la comida es muy buena tienen bastante variedad y buen sabor, el lugar es cómodo y tranquilo ,muy bueno para un viaje de negocios pero para unas vacaciones me lo pensaría un poco más.
