Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Staff and Facilities Poor I stay at this Holiday inn , because it is a full service hotel. But the bar was Closed and the staff gave no comments as to why.Absolutely no excuse for this. I have stayed here 3 times this year and this hotel lacks A Holiday Inn image. Room was ok, but not worth the money. I will never stay here again! November 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Responsive front desk and maid service While I had attained a late check out that would allow me to clean up following the Richmond Marathon I was slightly delayed (about 15 minutes). The front desk was accommodating and gave me entry into my room to pick up my clothes and clean up. However, the maid service had already cleaned my room. But the maid service was accommodating enough to allow me to enter my room and take care of my business. It was much appreciated. November 18, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Visit Overall I would return back to this property for sure. Modern and Clean facility which makes for a pleasant stay over a long weekend. I liked having a microwave and refrigerator in my room. When I had concerns it was handled immediately! The front desk was extremely friendly and supportive of all my needs. Housekeeping was very good about providing services when requested. I did have a concern with the Manager who ran the kitchen ....on check in it was very busy because there was a conference and many people where checking in and he sent an employee on her personal cell phone to interrupt the front desk clerk because she did not answer his call. This young lady chewing gum on a personal cell phone demanded that the front clerk stop what she is doing to take this call! Overall this was a pleasant experience. November 13, 2014

As a wine lover and fan of Virginia wines, I thought $12 for a glass of wine in the bar was high, especially with limited choices. Please consider adding Virginia wines. November 4, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy and uncomfortable Went to my room after checking in only to find that it was already occupied by somone else. Who was in that bathroom. As a woman... and this happening to me ladies please lock your doors when your in your hotel rooms. Dirty bathroom, broken phones, broken shower head. Very VERY noisy.. in the hallways could not call to report it because the phones were broken. Overall I will not stay here again. October 31, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bed well made with good space oversized pillows Basic good experience for an airport hotel. Fist time there so little or no way to compare other hotels in this area. I do travel internationally often. Not to much going on which may be good if one is just about business. Better than average for shot stays. The staff was helpful as much as they could be.
