Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable Room Nice property with clean, comfortable rooms. Lobby was welcoming and modern. I did not spend anytime in the restaurant/bar, but it was nice to have that option since the area offers few other dining choices within walking distance. December 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Staff and very comfortable rooms This hotel has a great staff especially Courtney at the front desk. The bed are just great and the pillows are wonderful for sleeping and lounging. The restaurant down stairs also has a good selection and tasty food. Although I didn't eat there this trip I have eaten there before. It's a great place to stay. Very clean and inviting. They even have a Christmas tree complete with candy canes. Just like home!! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to friends and co-workers. I am planning a leisure stay for the very near future. The location of the hotel was within close proximity to the airport, convenient stores and a mall! December 16, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ROADWARRIOR1953 This is the first time that I never received Full Points for my stay, I have stayed at this location 4 times since late November. I was told that it is under new management, did not receive breakfast coupons. Every booth in the restaurant has monitor TV's, no remotes and unable to change channels using the buttons on the unit itself. With over 300,000 points I have stayed at many IHG hotels. The televisions in the rooms are brain dead, it takes 5 seconds to go from channel to channel. When I checked in I asked for 2 beds and got a single, I asked to be on the airport side and was put on the front of the building, it made me aware of better hotels in the area. I am very disappointed with this hotel because of its new management. December 6, 2014

I spoke to the front desk, and was informed that they mistakenly gave our room to a new guest. So much for secure procedures! December 4, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Richmond Airport Upon arrival at the airport I kindly asked for a late check out for my 2 rooms. The lady said that will be NO problem since you are a gold IHG member. The late check out time was 1:00 pm. The next day the housekeeping ladies where on the floor cleaning rooms. I had the do not disturb sign on my door. They knocked on my door and I told them I had a late check out time. They left and were cleaning other rooms. They came back at 12:54 knocking, I was getting dress and told them I had a 1:00 pm check out and I would be leaving then. They proceeded to tell me to hurry up and I was holding them up. WOW, in the business I am in, if I treated customers like that there would be no business for me. I also asked for the manager to call me to talk about the situation, and that never happened.
