Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dissatisfied IHG Member Overall, as an IHG member, I was disappointed with my last stay at an Holiday Inn. Based on my past experiences at other Holiday Inn hotels, this last stay fell short of my expectations. We had to request that the iron in the room be replaced twice. The heat and A/C system did not work properly. The access code for the internet changed, but we were not notified by the hotel staff until we attempted to use the internet and could not access the internet. On two separate occasions, during our last stay, we found dirty towels in the room after housekeeping had come through. On one of those occasions, housekeeping failed to leave replacement towels. The bed was not made properly as if the housekeeper was rushing. There was a strange order in the elevators and the lobby as if someone used dirty water to mop the floors. February 5, 2015
