Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Everything was fine until I needed wash clothes and tissues. I called the front desk requesting wash clothes. the front desk stated that housekeeping had left for the day but she would have someone deliver them. I waited and waited and I finally called back to have some face tissues delivered at the same time that they deliver,the wash clothes. I was told that they did not,have,any more clean wash clothes. I could not believe what I was hearing! I repeated what I thought she said and she said again that they did not have any more clean wash clothes. Luckily for me I had my wash cloth that I had brought from home that I use to remove my makeup so I won't soil the one in the room. Not only did I did not get wash clothesI did not get facial tissues either. May 18, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unfriendly atmosphere I was attending the Nascar race weekend. The scheduled race on Saturday was canceled because of rain. There where many race fans staying at this location.While sitting in the lounge area adjacent to the bar our group was sitting in the available seating While socializing in a very normal and quite manor we where told that we could not drink the beer that we had brought down from our rooms. After purchasing beer from the hotel bar we where told that we could not take the beer from the bar area to the lounge where we where sitting. The actions taken by the staff for this location where not very friendly. We asked the front desk if they had a room that we could all go to and just have a place to hang out together and not bother anybody and they could not help us with that either. If you look at my account you will see that I am a platinum member and a loyal IHG member. If this is the way you intend to treat your loyal customers maybe it is time for this one to consider other options. May 4, 2015
