Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mediocre to bad restaurant I stayed here 2 years ago, and the food hasn't improved. It took 20 minutes to get breakfast, and it was cold. They waited that 20 minutes to tell us that they didn't have a primary ingredient for what one of the people at our table ordered, so we had to sit and watch him eat. At least his was warm. Reservations screwed up not only our reservation but that of a friend staying at the hotel, and had us checking out a day early. Therefore we returned to our room after a long day to find we were locked out. The only resolution was to go back down to the lobby. No extra service to send someone up to let us in, and also, no apology from the rude desk clerk. When I told her I wanted to speak to the general manager the next day, she didn't even make note of the complaint. I will not be returning to this hotel. October 19, 2014
