This Holiday Inn met all of our expectations. We were greeted by friendly front desk staff members. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to park there and get a shuttle to the airport. The restaurant was excellent. The front desk staff extended our check-out time to accommodate us with our flight schedule. This Holiday Inn was modern, clean and up-to-date.

If you are in the area a must stay. Overall the hotel does not disappoint. Clean, friendly, and the food and drink are excellent. I will continue to utilize this property whenever I am in the area.

Lori, at the front desk, as stated before was exceptional. When asked to see that our room was cleaned timely she not only responded promtly but followed up by contacting us to insure that the room met of expectations. Her smile was a pleasant way to start the day for guests as well as new guests arriving.
The bath room in room 305 was clean but needed a good spruce up. The wall paper was coming of of the wall in one corner and this gave the appearance of not being maintained.

While my wife and I spent little time in the hotel, we did take in many of the Historical sites in Richmond. After returning home, I mentioned to my wife that I may have neglected to tell the hotel staff at check in that I was an I.H.G. member. She said we can remember that when we return next time, so I guess we will be back.
