Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by night noise in 1st and 2nd floor from a party inside the hotel The staff from the hotel gave us a room on the 2nd floor, right avobe the meeting room. They haven't told us that there was going to be a birthday party next night in the hotel. We could not sleep because of the loud music and people screaming and talking around te hallway all night. I complained with the staff because I have two small children that could not sleep and they didn't gave me any solution or at least a discount for that part of the stay, WHICH IS PART OF THE POLICY FROM THE HOTEL! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New Yorkers in Santa Fe I felt a little embarrassed to be staying in a Holiday Inn in Argentina - should I have tried harder? - but the Santa Fe Holiday Inn is just quirky enough to remind you that you're not in the US anymore. We were in town with our 8-year-old son for a family wedding, and the hotel was very convenient and comfortable for us. The lobby is nicer than you'd expect from a Holiday Inn in the US, and the restaurant space and breakfast food were as well. They "gym" is tiny - if you want to do a sit-up or a plank, I recommend staying in your room - but sitting on the roof by the small but lovely pool was very relaxing. We had a great view over the city and could easily walk to the pedestrian area. The staff were helpful and efficient. When we ordered room service one night they piled our food on the desk because the cart wasn't designed to also serve as a table - but we figured that served us right for not going out. A nice place to stay. June 14, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great facilities; service need improvement I have been hosted in this hotel since its inauguration. Its facilities are great, "world class", with amenities, excellent rooms, very clean and high quality. In the last 2 stays I noticed that staff has been partially changed and the new ones are not as good as in the past. They need training on "adding value" to the stay. The check in and check out process takes more time than before; new reception people do not know what Priority Club Gold means neither how to handle a reservation done via internet; new waiters are not so professional... At the end, I think the service in general fall down. June 14, 2013
