Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room; Worn Facility The room was large with plenty of space in the bedroom and bathroom. Very quiet, although we stayed on a Sunday night. Lobby, halls and elevators are worn and not cleaned thoroughly. April 15, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tough Experience We checked in the room at 3 pm, room was not clean. Beds were not made, wet dirty towels in bathroom. Had to call to have house cleaning service room. After house cleaning came, beds were made, towels were picked up. Dirty soaps were still (with hair) left on sink and shower. Toilet still had human excrement not flushed. Turned out the toilet was broken and we later had maintenance fix the flushing problem. Pool area was filthy, no towels, trash and cigerettes were in jacuzzi. On second day, while trying to take a nap, some sort of maintenance or construction was happening next door. A drilling sound or grinding went on for several hours. Overall, a bad experience. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable bed and great service We had a double queen, it was quite spacious and the bathroom was very nice. Staff was very helpful and our room was very clean. We were on the third floor inside building, not a good view but very quiet. Never had to wait long for an elevator and we could use better WIFI. April 13, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfy & clean The room was very clean and nothing looked worn or out of date. The bed is very comfy and I love the choice of a firm or soft pillow. The bathroom was clean and when we asked for more towels they gave us a lot more. The mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot... everything in the rooms kitchenette was awesome. The restaurant downstairs was clean, The staff was very friendly and the food was great. The entire staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The free laundry room is also a great perk especially when you need to dry your bathing suits after using the pool and hot tub. April 8, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff service I left my garment bag in the room when I checked out on Tuesday March 17th. I called the hotel at 2:00 PM that same day to report this. After many phone calls they finally said they had my garment bag at about 5:30. I gave them the address of a Crown Plaza in Sacramento and asked them to ship it to me there and gave them my credit card to do so. When I checked in to the Crown Plaza my garment bag was not there. I called the front desk in Santa Maria and found out they had not shipped it yet. I gave them another address of a Holiday Inn Express in Reno, NV and asked them to ship it there now. I finally got my garment bag on Tuesday March 24th in Reno. I was not a happy camper about this whole experience and the staff sure did not go out of their way to help me. March 28, 2015
