Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff service I left my garment bag in the room when I checked out on Tuesday March 17th. I called the hotel at 2:00 PM that same day to report this. After many phone calls they finally said they had my garment bag at about 5:30. I gave them the address of a Crown Plaza in Sacramento and asked them to ship it to me there and gave them my credit card to do so. When I checked in to the Crown Plaza my garment bag was not there. I called the front desk in Santa Maria and found out they had not shipped it yet. I gave them another address of a Holiday Inn Express in Reno, NV and asked them to ship it there now. I finally got my garment bag on Tuesday March 24th in Reno. I was not a happy camper about this whole experience and the staff sure did not go out of their way to help me. March 28, 2015

I would have preferred that the water would be a little warmer but I believe it was around the industry standard of 82 degrees for 3 star and above hotels. March 24, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Remodel this property has recently undergone a remodel to the rooms, took out the breakfast bar and stove from the rooms but now there is no place for a couple to sit and eat together one chair at the desk and a lounge chair at the desk worked but not comfortable ,the rooms are plenty big so how about a small table and some chairs? the staff at this place is/are awesome, very attentive and super respectfull and carring. A "Great" value for a Luxurious property as each and every room has it's own balcony and more than plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the endless comforts.
