Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by An unfriendly Place This Holiday Inn, must be by far the unfriendliest HI on the planet. We stayed there last week for the FIMAI Expo. We wanted to stay at a different hotel at the Center Norte that was ful. So we booked here. Our German Managing Director stayed at the here last year and seriously disliked it. When I told her we are staying at this HI she almost did not come. The check in procedure is just awful. It takes for ever. Staff at checkin are rude and unhelpful. There is god knows how many people running around behind the desk and achieving nothing. Some of the looks one gets, aweful. It's like they are about to stab you. Food options are limited and grossly overpriced. Not a nice place really. November 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Valuable Stay in Sao Paulo Service and breakfast of Holiday Inn in Sao Paul is very good, and I like the foods and beverage in the restaurant during my business trip on Aug14-2014. But the only one thing, I want to complain that the window could not be opened. Anyway, I would like to recomend this hotel for you if you plan to have a turism or business in Sao Paulo of Brazil. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Lack of heat in room made stay uncomfortable I stay at hotels about 100 nights a year, but I never stayed at one that did not have heat in the room. It made for a miserable few nights and I would not return again to this Holiday Inn. The great food did not make up for the cold nights. I had to run the hot water in the shower just to get by. I chose not to use the extra "dirty" comforter I found hidden in the storage box at the end of the bed. July 31, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by GattoGatto Caotic atmosphere. Bad reception service at check-in and check-out. Absurd not to permit room to room calls as a guest of the Hotel. This is made possible only thru reception and you are not allowed to know roolm numbers. I had to coordinate a group of 10 people and waisted a lot of time trying to get in touch with them. In various occasions reception transferred the call to wrong rooms and said Holiday Inn does not permit to give room number of guests even if you are hosted in the Hotel. Location is far away from city and you depend on taxi service all day long. Generally the Hotel is not what you may expect for price of rooms, food and beverages. July 24, 2014
