Hotell ist in Ordnung. Personal freundlich, einzige Manko - die Klimaanlage kann man nicht ausschalten.
Man kann die zwar deaktivieren, aber ein Lufter - Motor geräusch kommt immer .

Always I am traveling to Sao Paulo I stay at Parque Anhembi Hotel, because the Service and friendly People are excellent! I normally go there for the Machine Shows and this Hotel Location is the best in the Area!

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights during the exhibitions , very nice staff , good location and comfortable room. Down town is just 20 minutes away by taxi, depending from traffic condition. I really recommend this hotel if you are attending the exhibition .

Very comfortable bed and good internet speed.
The air conditioning system makes noise even when turned off... weird. When in normal operation this same air conditioner makes some "robotic" anoying noise .
The food prices from lobby restaurant is absurdly expensive! Should offer a cheaper option...

I was surprised that there is No privilege for IHG Members at this Hotel. I even asked for it, becasue there was a huge file for check out and hd to take the long way.
I know they have a express check out, but there has to be a different treatment for IHG Club members.

Como extranjero en Brasil, recibiremos unas tarifas que pueden ser hasta el doble que para los nacionales.
Check-in: malo.. casi media hora para registrarse.
Cuarto: pequeño pero confortable.
Baño: le falta limpieza- hay hongos en las paredes.
Personal: hay de todo. En recepción son amables pero lentos.
El personal de seguridad es hosco y no da informaciones porque "no está autorizado".
Restaurant: buen buffet de desayuno y cena.
Ubicación: excelente si hay evento en el Centro de Exposiciones Anhembi.

It was noticeable the diffrence in the services from previous years to this year. I only stay in this hotel during the Carnival parade days and this was the 7th time.
Usually there were long lines during rush hours for check in and check out and the attendees were frequently exhausted or not so friendly due to the volume of people. Even at the Priority Club room (now IHG Rewards Club) I used to take close to one hour to be checked in.
This time the perception was totally different. There were no lines and attendees were readily available and their treatment was way better. They looked into the eyes, smiled and seemed to be prepared and relaxed. Small gestures like the complimentary cereal bars offered in the check in makes a difference. Perhaps the occupation this year was lower than in other years and they could give us more attention, but I can't say that for sure.
This hotel services have improved and I can recommend it not only for the location, but also for the services rendered.
Cost is still high (stay, foods and drinks#, but I understand this is ruled by the market. Since there is high demand, prices go #and stay) up.
See you in 2015.

You stay in the middle of the action, with nice attendants and very very near the "Sambodromo"!

The mini bar is too expensive with products that aren't the finest availabel for that price.

The hotel is OK. The service is good, but there's nothing near the hotel and be prepared to enjoy all the noise of Sambodromo (where the São Paulo's Carnaval is presented) and Anhembi (a huge convention center, with lots of noisy fairs and people). Definitely, for me, there's a lot of better hotels in the same area.

Missed inform when booking that the electrical voltage is only 220v.
Driver of the transfer is somewhat friendly
The receptionist supervisor was very attentive, personable and competent.

I wasn't happy about this price of this place, but my colleague had recommended it. The place looks impressive from the road and also impresses from the inside lobby view. But I found it to be overpriced for what it was, and the rooms seemed on the small side to me. The biggest downside of this hotel is that there is no store / gift shop where one can buy snacks, soda or even bottled water. You either have to order these things during a meal (overpriced# or take from the minibar #even more overpriced).

The care of the hotel is excelent, but found the price too salty, although the location is great!
Anyway, the proximity to the ARENA ANHEMBI is an attractive and most positive point of the hotel, not to mention the fact that this is scheduled to receive visitors because of the event that will happen.
I have a complaint to make is about the smell of trash in the hallways which is very strong.

I would recommend it, but there are some points to be improved. I tryied to order a snack Saturday night, november 2nd, but it was impossible to contact restaurant telephonist. I hoped at least 30 min holding the telephone. Of course, I gave up. The hotel is near the Anhembi Park and Campo de Marte airport and the noisy in the rooms is too high. Saturday lunch, I decided with my family to taste the "feijoada - typical brazilian food". The meat was tough and I paid too much to eat beans and rice. And finally, the daily rate is not enjoyable.

In relation to our previous opportunities, noticed that prices have risen fairly and services remain the same. We stayed this time for a week at the hotel and the breakfast menu remained the same without any change. we get tired of eating the exact same meals for a week.
The internet is very high speed and general cleanliness of the hotel is great. The service from staff is excellent. But the price of services Coffee and lunch are very high for the Brazilian standard. Keeping up this level, we do not intend to return to the hotel during our next visit to Sao Paulo.
The cot for children is very narrow, hardly fits a child of 1 year and 10 months old. The pool water was very cold, at all 3 times the visited.
I am grateful for the opportunity and space.

I attended a conference in the adjoining conference center so the location was ideal. When I entered the property, the bellman asked me if I was a Rewards member and then took me to the Rewards office for check-in. Two people ahead of me and after 20 mins of waiting for them to finish with the first person who had some sort of issue with the bill, I went to the front desk, that had no line, and checked in. The story gets worse from there. The staff means well but the system needs work. More importantly, the internet service in the rroom and lobby was unreliable. My colleagues and I often were kicked off or had such slow service we could not work online. Finally, the food in the restaurant was overpriced for the quality so we ended up reluctantly eating in the bar. I did laugh when the front desk gave me a granola bar as a thank you amenity for being a rewards member.
