The rooms are nice and the breakfast is really good.

Staying at hotels half of year, every year for the last 8 years, I'm bond to have bad experiences, is normal and understandable. We all have bad days...
This is one I have to comment, having stayed a few times in this hotel, wasn't expecting this service.
The priority check-in was non existent and had to wait 20 minutes ( I can live with that)
Only half of elevators were working and the ones working had problems like pressing to go to 6th floor and end up at 9th
Left laundry at 7am to be ready at 8pm but only arrived day after (was charged with normal service only)
Finally and most important... This one is unforgivable to me, Saturday was sleeping with the not disturb sign at the door and got an hotel staff nocking at my door around 9.30am.
I can justify all other issues as a series of unfortunately events but not be able to respect a not disturb sign! Why do they have them?
Since I had good experiences in the past at this hotel, I will stay one more time but I'm really not impressed with my last stay

We are well into the 21st century people! It is unacceptable that you don't have a decent wi-fi connection.
