they advertise high speed internet, I paid big money for a night and the internet was so slow I had to leave the premises for many hours, I was there when the blizzard hit, I had to rebook my rental car and flights, at another location because there internet would not work, I wrote to the Holiday Inn about the problem, they apoligized and said the problem was because of renovation, they also turned the water off the whole day from 9 till 5 and I paid big money a night, I guess I am the fool, they made their money, and my vacation was ruined jan25th thru Jan 26th 2015 theses are facts dont let the Holiday Inn tell you any different, but they did apoligize, lol they will never have to apoligize again lol you get it

We have stayed here a few times over the years and enjoy the ocean views. The staff are now more friendly and the upgraded rooms are now very appealing. We had a corner room on the 3rd floor which was small but comfortable. The dining room has benefited from a makeover and the food is better than two years ago.
It was lovely to see Krystina is still working there in the restaurant as she is genuinely friendly and helpful. The manager Kym was also delightful.
Our stay was interupted by a fire evacuation which was handled well.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. Be sure to ask for a renovated room, they are of better quality.
