Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Front desk extra nice One of your front desk staff, Julia, was extra nice to me. It was important that our check out time be extended and she readily accommodated us. Also, your vending machines were out of water and when I tried to buy a bottle from Julia, she simply gave me one. She was extra nice. March 2, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, pleasant - great staff, but some infrastructure issues... The hotel is nicely kept, clean and the staff is very friendly (and helpful). Rooms are nicely sized and linens clean and soft. Great location! During my stay, the water heat went out - and after a very cool shower, I mentioned it at check-out. The surprising answer was that they had heard that about that room (and not - their immediate apology or understanding). When I called the manager later, there was professional response - but it wasn't the most comfortable stay. I would give them another try, though - all other facets went smoothly. March 2, 2015

The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. The location is close to good restaurants and there is even a Publix right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel! February 17, 2015
