Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mediocre room, great staff I stay in a lot of hotels for work and I usually love Holiday Inns but I was unimpressed with this location. I took two showers (after checking in and the next morning before leaving) and the bathtub didn't drain either time. I would have called for a room change but it was late and I had to leave early in the morning. Aside from that the room just looked very worn, wallpaper was peeling, paint was chipped. Hopefully I just had a bad room. The staff was very friendly. The parking lot was full because of an event and the woman at the front desk was very helpful. September 10, 2014

I only wish that I could have spent another night there and enjoyed some of the other features. Great location, short walk to downtown Saratoga. September 9, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Food, Good Bed, Small Room, Smaller Bathroom The food was delicious, and very attentive staff for both breakfast and dinner. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was small, and the bathroom was even smaller with little to no room for personal items in the bathroom. I'm a Platinum Elite member and I was not offered a room upgrade even though they had rooms available (I checked online for the duration of my stay and it indicated that they had more than just the standard guest room available). Disappointed every time that status doesn't mean as much to Holiday Inn hotels as it does to other chains. September 9, 2014
