I've stayed at this hotel before. never had problems. Always enjoyed my stay. Just a bunch of little things that just were not quite right. I would stay again, because I know it was just an off visit. Hotel is remodeling. I'm sure that had a lot to do with it.

The staff was helpful and the rooms pleasant. Beds were comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the lounge and the fire outdoors after dark. Prices were reasonable and hotel centrally located to downtown restaurants and sights. Also enjoyed shuttle available to guests to get downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Interracted with the staff and they were very nice and welcoming. Helpful they were, faxed a couple things for my job i have now. The pool was very clean and food was great at the restaurant.

stay was extremely great had a good time in the area used the shuttle service to go which was good since you could leave your carat the hotel and see the sights.the food was excellent the staff treated you nice

See my previous notes. I travel for work and spend about 80 nights a year in hotels. I only look at Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express when other brand properties are booked. I do so because when I use points to stay in hotels on vacation in Europe, you're hotels are even worse than they are in the United States. Therefore, I prefer to stay in the other properties. You need hotels with similar amenities as the other properties I mentioned and it needs to be consistent worldwide and the pricing needs to be on par with the others.
