Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by In need of renovation Sheets were not changed, bathroom was dirty and room smelled of mold. Staff tried to assist and I received another room that had clean sheets but the mold smell was still present. This hotel is in need of some renovations. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 4-Stars all the way on this location We found the place good all around. We did not have try the pool or the restaurant so we have no comment regarding this. Near to many interesting sights and venues to enjoy. There are NO elevators to access the 2nd floor. Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. August 19, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Could use some improvements I have stayed at this hotel each week for a little over a month. I’m just tired of the scenery and disappointed to see little recognition for IHG reward members. The standard rooms could use some modernization from big shaded lamps to disappointing wall paper. The TV (as with most hotel TV’s) is very slow responding. My biggest pet peeve is always having to take the big shaded lamp next to my bed stand and swapping it with the office desk one so I can get power next to my bed to charge my phone and/or laptop (some other hotels have upgraded all the lamps to include charging ports or retrofitted the side desk beds with power outlets on top). If you order food at the restaurant the food is very good but overpriced for what you receive. I ended up having to book an additional day on top of the day I had already booked and upon check in could not be accommodated with the same room. The staff are friendly and my review may be a little biased due to my extensive stays with this hotel in the past. In short I’m just looking for change and hope they might consider providing a little more value to keep long time guests coming back. August 17, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Caring Service The Hotel in Sarnia was excellent. The staff was courteous, friendly, helpful and appeared to be sincerely concerned about our entire overall stay. Waitstaff were lovely, housekeeping staff are a great bunch of girls, front desk just so friendly and helpful. Very down to earth - they were genuine. Restaurant and pool are fantastic.
