Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy Stay It started with booking a room online and having to correct our booking, we were told that the buffet breakfast on sale we must buy at the hotel and they could not do it online. When getting tot he hotel, this was a challenge the front desk did not want to help with and it took a manager to get involved to resolve this. We had loud guests with loud children above our Jacuzzi room and when complaining to front desk and asking for another room, we were told there are no other rooms. The bed side lights we had problems with, the alarm clock buzzed only (we had to unplug it), the tissue box only had a single tissue in it and the Keurig Coffee maker had a single cup only and no regular coffee for my wife and I. Front desk staff said they would make this right with us upon check out and when we left, nothing was done for us. We heard noise in the hallway and overall this was our worst stay at a hotel/motel in our experience. We would not recommend this place. February 3, 2016

The walls in the older part of the building are a bit thin and you can hear people in other suites, however. It would be great if they offered a better craft beer selection in the lounge and restaurant - they have a couple but there could be more. February 1, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mediocre hotel but the most annoying thing... Is being bombarded with Holiday Inn emails following your stay. They won't let you alone and seem to assume that you have nothing better to do than spending your time reviewing their properties. I provide an email address to engage in the reservation process, not so they can spam me. There's a new hotl opening next door, and I'll go there next time. February 1, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sat. night The only thing that was a problem was on Saturday night they had a function in the hotel. This caused no parking and a lot of trouble for us to move through the common area to the dining room. Very uncomfortable to walk through someone's party. Had to park on road, as a paying guest you expect a parking space. January 28, 2016
