Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall pleasant experience We stayed with a toddler and two adults in a single king room. Food and beverage near the front desk and in the restaurant is really very good considering it is hotel fair. Given the price of the food the overall eating experience there is considered average. The room was tidy and faced East allowing a pleasant view of the downtown. Please note that as a downtown hotel there is nothing to see but the downtown. Staff was very polite and courteous. They were answering our questions before we asked them. Value was good. There is underground parking which contributes a lot of value in that area (high risk). The hotel is across the street from a nice downtown mall, my wife likes to spend days there while I work and I don't have to worry about her driving in a city she does not know. February 12, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Party on the floor Was not able to sleep at all for whole last night due to someone on top floor was partying all night they started around 2am and I complained at the front desk they send they will send the security up but the people in that room never stopped even afterwards. It was so bad never have problem staying in this hotel or location before. February 10, 2014

The front desk staff were very friendly, everything was convenient, beds were comfy, room was quiet and very clean. The breakfast staff were the best, so bubbly, a great way to start our day. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel This is an new hotel in Saskatoon that is awesome place to stay. Close to shopping and restaurants in the downtown region. Staff is friendly, restaurant in the hotel was excellent, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, not to mention the indoor parking. Nice feature to have when it's -30c outside.Great place to stay whether your on business or a weekend get away. I will defiantly stay at this hotel again. February 8, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed Quite disappointed with our stay. Was not able to check in until 3:00 despite other members of our group getting in sooner. Was extremely inconvienienced to have to sit in the lobby for 2 hrs with kids and luggage waiting for a room to be cleaned. Disappointed there was no breakfast included for the $200 a night stay. Way overpriced for the service and quality. Would not stay here again. February 5, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stayed nights of 24 Jan 2014 and 27 Jan 2014 On the 24 Jan everything went well. We were pleased with the service except the clerk didn't ask me for my membership number so it appears as if we will not get credit for the stay on that night. The room was great and the service was great also, except for the parking. While the parking was great the price was a little higher than it could have been. On the 27th everything was great as was the room, the service and the food but the parking was still a little high January 31, 2014
