Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice stay I had to attend a funeral in the area and needed a hotel close to both Wickford and Wakefield. This one fit my needs. The hotel itself was a bit outdated, but overall a pleasant enough experience. The staff was very friendly and the room was fine. It was a bit chilly out that night but the heating system warmed up the room quickly and I was very comfortable all night. I had a king size bed and I have to say that was the most comfortable hotel mattress I have ever slept on. Convenient location for me. Only small complaint was that the water in the shower didn't get very hot. But not that big a deal. I would definitely stay there again. Good location, free internet, plenty of TV channels, free coffee. What else could I need? December 7, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Needs updating This is an old hotel with stained carpet, cracks in walls, poor bathrooms. We were given a "handicap" room with absolutely no counter in the bathroom. When we asked to changed rooms we were told "all the rooms have identical bathrooms." This was found to be untrue. When we attempted to shower in the morning we found the drain was clogged. Since maintenance was not on site to fix the problem we were given the key to another room to shower in. Surprise! A spacious bathroom with plenty of counter to place our items. It is one thing if another room wasn't available to switch to, it is another thing to be lied to by the desk clerk. November 30, 2014

Every staff member is courteous and well-informed about amenities in the local area. The on-site restaurant is a good value with excellent service. Comfortable beds and pillows. In-room heating systems achieves desired temperature quickly and maintains it. November 21, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. My daughter attends the University of Rhode Island. We stayed in your hotel for parents weekend. The room was disgusting. Black hair in the bed and the shower. The curtain was covered with holes. They're were stains all over the blankets. The staff was nice but I was disgusted with the cleanliness of the hotel. I would definitely think twice before I stayed there again!!!! November 17, 2014
