My husband and I enjoyed the fitness center and hot tub. We had dinner plans for that night, but had breakfast the next morning in their restaurant was great. The restaurant staff was very friendly.... Can't wait to visit again!! =) January 2, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lobby was nice I have never seen a Hotel that made the lobby look good and the rooms so outdated. First the A/C Heating unit coils where so dirty the when it was on it sent dust around the room to breath in. The shower Head was so old I needed to remove it and clean the head before I use the shower ( I Own a Plumbing and Heating co.) The owner should pay more attention to this Hotel then the OTHER on he owns in Schenectady. November 4, 2012

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NEVER AGAIN... Location is unsafe/ recently renovated? This is a tired hotel. Although recently renovated, the rooms are tired. The location is rough and strongly suggest, parking in a well lit area. Now I know why there where very few cars in the hotel parking lot. Staff is nice, but your Priorityclub.com status is not acknowledge at check-in in any manner. Lobby smells like raw fish..... Wish this hotel, spruced up their facility more and appreciated they guests business. This hotel remind me of a hotel stuck in the late 80's. Save your money and stay at another priorityclub hotel in the area. October 24, 2012
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed! We were a little disappointed in this Holiday Inn. The room was small, and the bathroom was tiny. Also disappointing was the fact that the beautiful pool was too cold to swim in and the Hot Tub we were all looking forward to using was closed for maintenance. The staff was friendly and recommended a really fun restaurant in the area. October 17, 2012

If you want to stay at an HI in the area, check out the Wolf Road, Albany location. Not great but definitely better. The Schenectady locale is abysmal. October 15, 2012
