Being a new hotel, everything was new and that is normally a good thing but I found the furniture to have cushions that were just too firm for my taste. The bed was fine though, very comfortable.
We were given a small suite with a full kitchen (no dishwasher but the staff did dishes) and it was nice but a bit crowded for the two of us. If there were more people visiting, it would be very crowded. I suspect there are other suites that are larger but it was fine for our use.
I tried to book a room package using my points for a breakfast-included stay but was informed there is no way to use points for the meal...so we just went out for meals and did not try the restaurant at all. It looked nice though.
There is no view worth looking at and the pool is small but the location is good for getting around and local attractions.

I had a very good night and the breakfast was very good. The main thing the stood out was the staff. I had some trouble finding the hotel (GPS was not finding it). I called and was given great directions from the front desk staff.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Airpark in order to attend Spring Training games at Salt River Fields and could not have been more impressed. My husband and I both agreed our room was one of the, if not the, nicest we had enjoyed. The staff was amazing, and the facility and room were spotless. We were thrilled with our experience! The location was perfect for our activities, and we were able to easily access many local businesses and restaurants. The staff was spot on with recommendations for local places to eat.
