Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Newly remodeled We spent 1 night on a flight layover and got a recently remodeled room which was beautiful. The lobby was still under construction and they were using a temporary one but the front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. They do have a free airport shuttle that runs ~ every 20 minutes and we must have just missed it and had to wait ~30+ minutes. We could see the hotel from where we waited and wished we knew that there was a way to walk there via a sky walk. We took the light rail into downtown for dinner and that was fun and it's the closest hotel to the light rail stop at SeaTac. Our flight left too early in the morning so we did not get to try the free breakfast, so I can't comment on that. I would stay here again when passing through. February 27, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rude staff Comfortable good value When I called to make the reservation Conner was amazing very helpful and kind However during our check in and stay the staff was very uninformative they made us feel as if we were bothering them when we asked a question repeatedly rude and argued with the customer very unprofessional The room was clean and comfortable The breakfast staff was polite helpful and friendly The front desk was the area of opportunity one individual particularly he was out of his way rude and the information he gave was incorrect very dissatisfied with his level of services February 23, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ongoing remodeling is a bit of an annoyance but great overall As stated previously, hotel is under remodeling but most of the rooms are done completely. That's one of the reason I was asked to change rooms after my first night. The staff didn't notice that they put a 7 nights stay guest on a floor ( 11th ) that would be under remodeling just this week. I was kindly asked to move, I was offered free breakfast, I declined and asked for points instead, I was told it wasn't a problem. I had to ask again on check out for the extra points, where a very nice member of the staff wrote it down. To this day, no traces of those extra points ... Ah and yes, the exit acted funny but it was real cold and the SeaHawks just won the SuperBowl so it was ok ( Just had to ring and the gate would open ). Special award to their fitness room and equipment. You can D/L an app that will sync with the treadmill/stationery bike and you can bring your USB key with movies/TV shows on it. February 16, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel in Transtition - Poor HVAC I really like the remodel on the rooms that I have stayed in. (Two times now). However, this last time will be my last unless I hear that the HVAC is working!!! I set the thermostat at 68 and fan on Auto, cool air blew out for an hour, so I got up and turned it up to 70. Cool air continued to blow out, I woke up again an hour later and turned up the temp to 73 as my room was now very cold, must have been around 62 or 63. Finally around 4pm I got up and checked on the thermostat and it was off and would not come back on. At this point I jumped in the shower to warm up and after a nice long hot shower I dressed and caught the shuttle to the airport!! I also cancelled my next reservation for this location. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by pain in the rear security the security worked part time to exit. causing several walk in trips to office , it was raining. we should have been told the motel was under construction when making reservations, I totally resent the fact that my credit card number is in your computer for someone to hijack. other than that, i'd try a different motel next time the term and condition agreement as being needed only upsets me more about trying to register a complaint. who has time or want to read it in its lenght February 11, 2014
