Decent location, close proximity to the airport. Parking lot access is a little confusing. My room needed to be changed due to the door security latch being locked for some reason and I couldn't get in, but the front desk took care of it right away and I was all set. Desk staff were professional and accommodating. The hotel room was nice, quiet, the bathroom was done well and the lobby looked good. Most of this property is being remodeled. I didn't try the restaurant or bar. I would stay here again for price and accessibility to the airport.

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this as a great place to stay we have stayed at other hotels around the airport and this would be the best!!

I was very happy that I was able to walk from the terminal just past the cab/shuttle area to the skyway that drops you down at street level steps from the Holiday Inn.
Room accommodations were good and staff was friendly.
The Seattle Link-rail is also right there (end of the line) which can take you up to "downtown"....very convenient.

I was very disappointed in this hotel and will not be staying there again unless there is no alternative. In all my reservations, I have a note about staying in a high or top floor. I was put on the second floor over looking the roof of the entrance. There was something outside or below where I was that started in the middle of the night that sounded like a large fan with bad bearings rattling for several hours until I finally decided to get up because I could not sleep. The room type I had reserved, got changed because there were not any available, they did reduce my rate, but why did I reserve something so they could just change it to something worse, plus what they changed it to was the smallest possible room in the worst location in the hotel. I even asked the lady at the front desk about being in a high floor and was ignored. I am Platinum member and felt that it was terrible recognition of loyal IHG Club members. The upgrades in the room look nice, but no bathtub, and it still feels like an old hotel.

Staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant. Room was clean - area was quiet. Safe parking for our car while gone and shuttle service was prompt. Have used this Holiday several times and will again!

I had a very relaxing night at your hotel. The room was very comfortable and modern. The staff was very nice and the location is perfect. Finally, the little gift for the IHG members was a very nice detail. My only suggestion is to have breakfast included in your nightly rate.
