I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC! Bus outside the hotel drops you off right in Times Sq. Overall great value! I will definitely be staying here when on my next trip to NYC. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Follow up I am a Platinum memeber, stayed at this Hotel on June 30th, had some problems with room, spoke wth front desk at check out di not want refund, front desk supervisor called and appologzed and said would deposit ponts into my account for the problem, never receved the points, have called the hotel three times, first time was told front desk manager on vacation and she is only one that can depost them, and that when she gets back she is going to do them, second time left name and message and was told that they would be put in and some one would call me no points and no call, third time two weeks ago agan left message with dates, phone number and still no ponts and no call September 18, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly and Accomidating Staff Prior to check in I called the hotel. The staff was very helpful and understanding of needs for handicap accessibility. Arrived several hours prior to check-in and was able to store our luggage until we checked into our rooms. Also able to store luggage after checkout being we were staying in the area for a while. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good location for NYC and good rooms The location is awesome and near a bus stop so in case one is travelling without a car, this is the place to look out near NYC. Except the SUPER INEFFICIENT check in, the stay was pretty much comfortable. The room is quiet good for its cost and the service was quiet decent. There was a lot of noise in the lobby area and the restaurants and I did not like it. One of the elevators was not working and that was also one of the problems. So yes, things could have been better but overall, it was a decent stay, August 6, 2014

The only problem I experienced during my stay was cold water on 2 mornings when I tried to shower. I assume this was due to the large number of guests using the hot water system at the same time. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by WE 19JUN2014 I've been staying here every week since December, and I go home on the weekends, and it is a great hotel to stay at mostly because of the staff, because the staff is always very nice and friendly. They recognize and greet me when I come and go by name. Specifically, Henry always goes above and beyond to ensures that I stay at the hotel, and always gets me the best room available, not that there are any bad ones. Breakfast with Noemi, Nicole, Mary and David is always great greeting me with a cheery good morning, and I don't like mornings but it makes it a bit better for me. Civele is always ready to take my room service order being very polite, cheery, always getting it right, and delivering it with a smile. The bell staff is wonderful and always ready to help with anything. I like staying here. June 25, 2014
