It's nice and clean property. The room was super comfortable, the bed and linen were excellent. It is a quiet property without much noise. The lobby is rather small and could do with some work and improvement. The restaurant next door is just the icing on the cake and has a nice bar and good menu. The split pea soup was really yummy and my first time ever. The pond with its black swans is another plus. I wish I had more time to spend here.

This was my first time in Fresno and living at this hotel made my trip very enjoyable. The room was clean and well maintained. The lady who checked me in was great and helped answer the questions I had. Will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Fresno.

I left your hotel Thursday 10/22/2015. When I arrived at the airport 11 pm that night. I call the hotel and told them I left my phone there and the desk clerk confirmed that I had and it was in the lost and found. He told me that I had to get ahold of the head of house cleaning to have it shipped back to me and that she would call me the next day and make arrangements. I gave them another cell phone number to call. I did not receive a call the next day from anyone. So I called them back and she was not available again so I asked the front desk staff to send it back. I needed my cell phone. So I waiting until today 10/29/2015, a WEEK after I first called and still no cell phone. So I called again and finally got the head of house keeping. She told me that my phone would be shipped tomorrow. Really you waited a week before shipping my phone. She gave me some excuse that she need a manager to ship it back. This makes me think that I should be staying at major hotel chain instead of Holiday Inn. I have never had a problem with that hotel chain.
