cette hotel se trouve dans un quartier calme de Seoul,il est joignable très facilement par navette à un peu plus d'1h de l'aéroport de Seoul. Il permet de s'acclimater avec douceur et la bienveillance du personnel à la vie coréenne.

This hotel is in a decent, somewhat residential area. It is a bit off the beaten path from downtown Seoul, but there are two subway lines within walking distance and about 3 stations that you could use. It looked like there was ample bus service, as well, but I never used the bus. The walk to the Gireum St. on Line 4 seemed to be the closest, through a neighbourhood. Overall a great experience!

The business trip I had could have been a really tough one if I had not had the help from this property. After figuring out that my plane got delayed and that I would be arriving in Seoul airport on the day of my interview, I called up the hotel front desk and asked if I may check in early in the morning. The clerk responded quickly and organized my morning check-in as well as my late check-out. They were responsive, fast and kind.
The room-service meal is another must. A hot shower and a Korean traditional meal (buk-uh-guk) quickly relieved the stress from 30 hour journey, with delayed flights and delayed baggage from the airline.
Having stayed at the property for four times, I confidently recommend the place and will visit again myself.

Restaurant not so good, choice limited, close early in the evening and cappuccino an extra charge?!?

Overall, I was much satisfied with my stay. The hotel staff was kind and responsive, reacting promptly to my early check-in request and room service request. I ordered a curry rice for room service dinner and it was amazing. I would remember to order it again next time. Overall, good quality hotel if you have a business to do in the area.
