Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Typical Holiday Inn The Maidstone - Sevenoaks hotel is a typical Holiday Inn. The room was comfortable giving a good night sleep although there is a small amount of road noise with the window open. The breakfast / dinner / bar area is functional and satisfactory for the odd night. July 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Room was tiday and clean. Staff is helpful and sincere. Our family was welcomed by the hotel staff upon arrival. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Beds were cozy. The food was fine. we will recommend this hotel to our friends and will sure come again next time. July 12, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Weekend stay Disappointed that a hotel chain that advertises Starbucks coffee was out of stock and had to go out for coffee. Desk staff unable to find Taxi service at 1.30 am to transport relatives approx 3 miles after night out. Courtyard area not very clean and tidy July 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by In transit stay Sevenoaks Finding the hotel was the main problem. Approaching from South. had to ask a service station. Not in my satnav. Roomy car park, pleasant reception area . room dated decor and shabby couch. Bathroom also dated but worked. Breakfast was pricey so ate at Befeater 500 yds up road. July 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and quiet room, friendly staff We stayed here for two nights. On arrival we were made to feel very welcome by the duty receptionist. The room was some way and due to shape of hotel a bit of a walk with some steps involved even on the ground floor. This is due to hotel being built into a slope. Although very near the motorway it is very quiet. Room spacious and comfortable. Bathroom bit dated but clean. Had two good nights sleep as shutters make room dark when closed. Breakfast was good/average. Dinner was good with reasonable selection of food and wine. Service was quick but not rushed. On the morning following our first night we would have liked a coffee but told run out of coffee beans. There seemed to be break down in communication between bar staff and reception/management who were unaware . They were rectifying but too late for us! July 9, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by final bill fortunatley i did not leave my card open when checking in, when I came to check out some kind (!) person had charged to my room £38 worth of drinks from the bar after 1.15am, i was tucked up in bed. Strangely enough the reception staff and the bar staff had no record or receipt for these drinks - strange don't you think. July 7, 2014
