Decent hotel staff very polite and friendly and very helpful, Though was expensive for the standard of rooms bathroom especially very tired and needed updating.
Good buffet breakfast with a varied choice. Had a snack in the bar at lunch time which was well presented.

A very clean and largely efficient hotel. Apart from the poor Dining experience, a pleasant stay. Holiday Inn needs to consider the needs of purely leisure visitors in relation to the majority of business guests.

I am afraid the bathroom was not very good. Small, very slim bath which needed either a deep clean or replacing. Taps need descaling and a bit of a polish. Toilet needs a deep clean especially under the rim.
The bedroom was nice, clean and very comfortable.

very dated, not enough restaurant staff, the breakfast room was in chaos. poor choice of food for the dinner bed and breakfast menu. Real shame as I've stayed here previously in a much nicer room and the food was better last time even though i ate in the bar area last time.

I have stayed at this hotel many times as It is one of only a few that have large family rooms (for two adults and three children) The hotel has good facilities, is spacious and close to the motorway network (but is in a quiet location.

Family rooms for 5 are a rarity and the accommodation at the hotel was great. All staff at the reception, swimming pool and bar were extremely polite and attentive.

There doesn't appear to be enough staff at this hotel, which leads to a lot of waiting, at check in and check out, and in the bar and restaurant.
The bar appeared to have just one member of staff who frequently disappeared to deliver room service orders.
I ate in both the bar and restaurant and there were long waits for the food to arrive in both (around 90 minutes after ordering in the bar, and around an hour after ordering in the restaurant).
