Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 算是上海所有假日酒店里性价比最高的了 作为老酒店,硬件是没有办法和新开的假日酒店相比的。 但是对于高级会员还是很厚道的,定了高级房,升级到行政房并含所有行政待遇。 行政酒廊的晚间鸡尾酒还不错,食品的种类和质量都过得去,酒廊员工也很热情,服务到位,可惜没有巴黎水?真的没有,还是酒廊美女不肯拿出来给我?不得而知了。 酒店的早餐还过得去,服务员收盘都很及时,上海籍男领班亲自为我们服务,亲切且周到,点赞。唯一遗憾的是单点的虾饺的质量不过关,感觉有几个还未蒸熟呀。 自助早餐餐厅的地板很滑的,卫生也是堪忧。而且总感觉空气里弥漫着一股油腻的气味。 总体而言,酒店还是值得一住的。希望在公共区域的清洁方面做得更好些。 September 2, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor Room Service I stay in the PL wing queen bed suite for 2 nights. The room is good and big. But the room service really to have big improvement. I get a buckle of ice on the 1st night I check in before I go bathing. After I bath I have drink a cup of drink and with ice without any issue. But after around half hour since some of the ice have been melted so I pulled out the water from the buckle. From the water I pulled out I can see a lot of small black spot there. Even from a piece of ice I can find a white thread (I am not sure) there. I call the guest service and after about half hour they replace the ice for me. This is totally not acceptable. But the more unacceptable thing happened at the 2nd night. Around 11:15pm I feel hungry and call the room service. I have been called for over 15 mins but nobody answer the phone. So I call the guest service for help and only have people pick up the phone after I called 3 times. The guest service people advised me that the room service there is only 1 people on shift and ask me to call again maybe after 10 mins. I have called every 10 mins and finally there have people to pick up the phone of the room service at 12:10am. The people advised that there is no people at the room service so he cannot help to arrange any order. Very poor service obvisouly. I am hungry and I have been called for 1 hour and cannot get any food. If the room service there is no people at the night shift then I think the hotel should cut off this service. I really have to consider if I will still staying at this hotel for my next visit. August 27, 2015
