Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shanghai Pudong Kangqiao Very nice hotel, and great staff. The swimming pool is amazing. As I booked a room in club, I had access to the happy hour loundge. Food was ok, but not great. Too bad the breakfast was not starting before 7am. Convenient when you are traveling between the 2 a short time. From now, it will be my hotel first choice in Shanghai. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Complete comfort and convenience While on business in China, my husband has enjoyed staying at this hotel many times and always tells me how nice it and the staff is. Recently I traveled along and got to see for myself. I must say, it surpassed all my expectations! The hotel lobby is impressive, the staff prompt, courteous and helpful. The restaurants, food, and service is good too. The pool / area is very cool. The room/suite was very nice and comfortable. The best was the bed and pillows!! Ah. Very comfortable and easy to get a needed good night's sleep. And it was quiet. I must mention the maid/room cleaning was exceptional also. I was impressed overall but mostly with the staff. If I had a need or question about anything, at any time -- directions, taxi, metro, food, shopping etc., the concierge and front desk staff took care of me promptly. One person stood out and impressed me the most is Valentina.This woman is always smiling and always very busy. Though she takes time to handle whatever the guests need without rushing them. Did I say, She is always smiling! We feel very much at home here and look forward to our next visit. T & S November 6, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Mal servicio en un hotel de calidad 1.- Llame por teléfono para que indicaran al taxista la dirección y no hablaba ingles quien me atendio. Me tuvo esperando y corto. 2.- Nadie ayudo a "descargar" las maletas. 3.- La noche anterior reservamos un taxi para evitar problemas, por la mañana nadie sabia nada, y casi perdemos el avión. 4.- Lo arreglan todo mintiendo.
