Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by horrible staff especially in restaurant no service - everyone in the buffet area has a cold face and does not reply whether addressed in Mandarin or English. Rebecca is the worst floor manager i have ever witnessed. The hotel itself is nice and the household staff is terrific as is the staff in the Executive Lounge - but it is all offset by the miserable experience every morning. November 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 泳池很棒 顶楼的泳池太棒了,可以直接看到地面,泳池环境也比较安静,可能和天气有关,夏天的人应该很多。 整个酒店的环境还是不错的,干净整洁。 有一点意见,首先我也不是很清楚金卡到底有什么权益,当我问前台金卡有水果吗,前台告知只有付费入住才有,积分入住没有,难道洲际还对积分入住有歧视?呵呵。饮料券也是我问了才给的,这点做的不够好,感觉是自己强求来的,吐槽一下。 November 21, 2014
