Well known brand with excellent ser vice brings me a enjoyable stay. I felt the room a little bit cold and asked hotel for checking the air conditioner. When i return in the evening, i found the room tempetature was up, meanwhile a small heater put in room. Thanks to the hotel for circumspect service.

I spent two nights in this hotel with my family to experience its wonderful swimming pool though we stay in the same city.
The swimming pool is nice. But the stay experience was bad.
As a platinum member, I am entitled to a room upgrade. I booked executive room, but when I checked in the receptionist only gave me a very small room and told me it was already an upgrade, they called it mini-suite. And during check in, they also told me because of rennovation so I cannot enjoy the executive lounge. But when I made the reservation and booked executive room, nobody told me at that time and I still need to pay executive room money but cannot enjoy the benefit I deserve. Later, they gave me a bigger room which is a real executive suite after I insisted. But in evening we found out the air conditioning system in that room (2108) didn't work properly, the room gets extremely hot and my wife get sick because of that. In the next day, we reported this issue to the hotel and they sent a maintenance guy to this room, this guy told us the hotel shut down the cooling system to save cost and it was not the first time the guests report similar issues. I cannot believe the hotel management can make such kind decision and gave its platinum member a room with bad air conditioning system. Later, we had to change to another room at the other side (1819). Very bad sleep and stay experience.
The cafe in the 1st floor also under rennovation and the hotel opened a hall to accommodate breakfast. The air conditioning in the hall is not enough thus we felt cool when we had breakfast on the 1st day. There was an event/meeting with a big group of people during that weekend. So on the 2nd day, the breakfast place was very crowded and there was no enough food or plate to serve. Service was very bad. We just ate very little then left because too many people and little food.
