Really nice experience, feel worthwhile for my loyalty to this club. Though the room is not spacy, it is quite and relaxing. It would be great if there is a pool also.

The trafic is convenient to reach;

No heating in the restaurant, despite local temperatures of 4-5 degrees C. The lobby and restaurant were supposed to be non-smoking areas, but many local chinese people were smoking there, and the staff did nothing to stop them leaving the lobby and retaurant area with a constant smell of cigarette smoke.
Room: The hotel is adjacent to the "SOS bar", resulting in loud music and shouting until 2-3am. Noticed that the window in the room was open, which was why the noise appeared to be so loud. However, the hotel has removed the window handles so you cant close the windows properly !!!! Asked the manager about this, he said I should call room service and ask them to close the window, and then they will take the handle away again !!! WHY ???
On the last day of the stay the toliet leaked, dirty water flooded the bathroom floor. Nice ! Called housekeeping to notify them, but a Chinese girl who can't speak answered the call. Seems she didn't want the hassle of trying to communicate with a western guy and hung up the call on me.
Restaurant: My colleague and I waited an hour for 2 pizzas. When they finally arrivied, they weren't what we ordered. Couldn't help but notice that the people at the table next to us had a similar problem.
Reservation: We requested exec rooms so that we could make good use of the lounge for working. When we checked in we were told that the lounge was closed #no notification of this when we booked the room# but they still charged us the full exec room price. I explained they should not charge full price if they don't offer the full service, but they refused to do anything about it.
Other issues to report that I haven't experienced at other hotels - but I think you get the idea. This hotel should not be part of the IHG group.

Please note this hotel really needs your attention
1. It is freezing , so cold, night time , even we could not enjoy the drinking hours and chat with friends in lobby
2. The central heating system was surely shut down to save power, so that night time my friend and I felt so cold, morning time did not want to get up early, until morning time the heat started.
3. When we had breakfast, the same thing for restaurant , if they want to save power in winter, they should not let holiday inn brand to be suffered, shame on them
4. When I asked for general manager to complain and suggest something, staff said they don't know where he is, maybe Hong Kong, then I asked at least someone to attend, they brought one section chief to talk with me, of course nothing was fed back to management
Do not ruin your brand in such cheap place, I felt so sorry to let my friend suffered in this hotel. Even motel is warmer than this one

I have book a Executive room. The front desk told me I can't use cxecutive lounge. Finally they admit they have made some mistake after argued 3 times. When I got into cxecutive lounge during Happy Hour time, I found nothing except 1 bottle of soda and some cake. Only 1 waitress found there was playing her cellphone.
