Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing On our first morning there both water and electricity were shut off without warning for about 2 hours, leaving us unable to shower, to flush the toilet, with no light and the room became cold. Clearly not the service we had paid for. Regretably in spite of asking for some compensation for all this inconvenience theer has been no communication from the hotel. Very shoddy way to treat guests. February 10, 2015
