Nice Lobby, nice fitness facilities, very poor room and breakfast so as the latter is important to me for the experiance then i did not get value. Wasted my loyalty points on this drab room..never again.

Hotel has had an upgrade in public areas since our last stay and is much improved.
Staff excellent as ever - efficient and friendly at reception, at the bar and in restaurant.
Breakfast good quality
Lovely quiet location but close to west London

perfect stay and not any faults with building or the staff.
please ensure that the reception manager and the restaurant staff are shown that they are doing a perfect service. please reward them accordingly.
Next time I'm in the area I shall be looking to stay again.

On our first morning there both water and electricity were shut off without warning for about 2 hours, leaving us unable to shower, to flush the toilet, with no light and the room became cold. Clearly not the service we had paid for.
Regretably in spite of asking for some compensation for all this inconvenience theer has been no communication from the hotel. Very shoddy way to treat guests.
