Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT HOTEL I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions for leisure purposes. In my opinion it is slightly 'off the beaten track' and as such is nice and quiet. It is ideally located to get into London if you want to by either car or train. I've never had a problem with the staff during my stays and I wish more hotels were like this. Fantastic place and highly recommended. October 1, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid if possible I stay away a lot and I would be embarrased to ask anyone to stay in the room I had... Not the room I booked Room was in a poor state View from the room was open bins Room Service - food was overcooked, not enough cutlery, no salt and pepper. Breakfast - fruitbowl was old and disintergrating, the porridge(cooked to order) was under cooked and grainy. Check Out - They did not bother to ask if I had enjoyed my stay... Having complained about the room and the response I received, I felt there was no benefit to complaining about anything else.. To put this in to perspective, this is the first bad review I have ever given and I pretty much review all my stays. September 26, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable,clean & quiet. We checked in fairly late,after 7.30pm but were not kept long at reception. Although efficient the receptionist was not as friendly and welcoming as others had been on our previous visits. Also procedures for Priority Club visitors seem to vary at different Holiday Inn's . My wife gave our P.C. number when booking by telephone but there was no record of it when we checked in,which caused a small delay. Usually the key is waiting in an envelope when we arrive. Seem to have stopped giving 2 bottles of water as well. September 23, 2015
