Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pool not open It was unfortunate that the pool had been closed by Alberta health. The staff did not apologize for this and hardly seemed concerned. We would have chosen another hotel if we had known. The rooms are not noise proof and people talking in the hallway easily wake you up. The beds are not firm and will need replacement in the near future. August 21, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Simply awful! The hallways smelled horrible (severe body odour) when we checked in, stepping over loads upon loads of dirty laundry. Our room was extremely hot, had problems with the air conditioner, the tv service. A smoke alarm just hanging there. The pool was unavailable for our team (the whole weekend) and had to find alternative entertainment for our children, even though we booked there so they could go in pool. Our team was told all sorts of different things, breakfast was included, then someone else said no. The parking was horrendous!! Could not find parking even though I was a paying customer, found it far far far in the back. They didn't have consistent ways to make the customer happy. I will never stay here again. For everything we experience a measly 10% off is unacceptable!! Which I had to go back and say something because it did not reflect on my bill, even though I was told multiple times that it would be...while others on our team got at least 25% off. Not at all a happy customer! I was not the only one who was very unhappy over all with our experience here. August 18, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Needing help This H I is in need of some TLC. The room I stayed in was dated, worn and felt unclean. The restaurant shows promise but lacks supplies and customers. I believe it is somewhat to do with the perceived lack of value. August 13, 2014

I knew Ken a few years ago briefly and was his boss with Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission. He was an excellent employee and to what I see now, has never changed, he has gotten better. I would hate for you to lose him and I respond with the utmost respect of his given talents. Please make sure that he is al least noticed for his talents. August 11, 2014
