The staff are friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you out. As a new hotel there were some things that needed to be worked out and they have been. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 宾至如归-家的感觉 从酒店开业第一周就开始入住万象天成假日酒店，之前都会有这样那样的不足，但你们很快进行了改进和完善，我们都是可以理解的。而且无论前台还是行政楼层happy hour 的服务员总是那么热情、温馨、微笑。去过国内不少洲际旗下酒店，万象天成是我认为服务最好的酒店。如果有可能，其它假日酒店员工应该来万象天成假日酒店学习和体验一下。感谢万象天成假日酒店的服务，让我在外出差有了回家的感觉。 March 19, 2013
