Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 再一次很满意 我入住多次了,但是我还是想写一下,给个5分,让大家都来体验。 虽然旁边有洲际,但是我觉得有这样的假日,没有必要去住洲际。 第一,服务还是很好,从前台接待的微笑,礼遇,速度,办理态度,都是在我住过东北,华北,华东的几个假日里面数一数二的。 第二,设施服务好,酒店装修好,地点好,房间大,浴缸什么的都非常好,有信件问候,水果,打扫干净,安静。 第三,中餐厅西餐厅都非常好,这样的酒店我更愿意推荐给别人,中餐厅的经理中午给我给了一个名片,我晚上就在中餐厅聚餐,中餐厅包间很多,也很大,环境非常好,服务也很好,就是菜品可能贵了一些,不过最后还是打了折,还抽了奖,总之很不错。 我再一次推荐给各位,可以去体验一下,这家真的不错。真正让人感觉到放松。我再一次感谢酒店的各位经理以及服务人员努力。你们真的很棒! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 石家庄值得选择的好酒店! 本次出差石家庄入住万象天成假日酒店,首先酒店位置非常好,位于城市中心区域,楼下就是一家大型百货公司,购物、餐饮非常方便。其次始终有出租车在附近停靠,去城中各处都很快捷。 酒店大堂在6楼,1楼的礼宾非常礼貌并且提供帮助,一直陪我到6楼CI直到送我到房间。白金卡直接升级到行政楼层并且可享受行政酒廊的HH。酒店房间面积适宜,设置设备配置完善并且都很新,在国内HI品牌中绝对算得上高品质,值得一提是网速很快便于在酒店处理工作。 由于在酒店打印了一些资料,大堂的AMANDA女士还专程跑到19楼帮我拿大号订书机装订资料,这些细节让客人感觉受到重视,非常满意。HH装修也不错,提供了必要的食物和饮品。 对于商务或旅行的客人我都十分推荐! The staff are very attentive and go well out of their way to help in anything that is needed. The management is superb! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 很棒的入住体验 第一次住石家庄的假日酒店。这家开于2012年,所以酒店设施非常新,房间设计也很不错。作为金卡会员,受到了热情服务和欢迎水果。房间很新,面积也可以,视野很好,虽然来的那天庄里大雾霾,可是还是很开阔。因为是新酒店,才放心使用了浴缸泡澡,很舒服。价格还算可以,虽然庄里的洲际酒店也很便宜,但是这里的位置很不错,以后只要去庄里,就住这儿啦。 不过有一点比较不爽。我是官网订的酒店,但是持有中信的联名卡,用卡手册上说是在最低弹性价基础上八五折,但是并没有提示必须打客服电话订房才可以,我以为官网订房结算时直接八五折,后来致电客服,也没有任何补偿,哪怕是补点积分也没有,有点失望。 February 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 服务还是不错的 酒店总体来说还是不错的,但是可能是入住率和成本问题,酒廊白天不开放,但是热菜凉菜很不错,服务也很热情,不断的补充菜品。酒店早饭没有在7层开,在6层大堂吧开,这点让早饭质量有些下降,早餐服务很一般,来了没有人招呼。听说业主对ihg管理粗暴的干涉,以致于酒店连免费停车位都没有,看来Ihg选择业主时候也需要考虑。总体来说,对待会员很热情,能满足的都会满足会员,我还是会推荐的。 January 13, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 房间设施一般,游泳池和健身房不错,员工挺热情,但是在管理上有些欠缺 这家假日酒店是万象天成购物中心的一部分,这个购物中心里面有电影院和餐饮,我在石家庄的时候,这个购物中心略显冷清。酒店旁边是河北艺术中心。酒店距离石家庄客运总站步行大概15分钟,距离石家庄火车站15分钟的车程。如果去正定机场,可以在石家庄火车站坐动车,经过14分钟到正定机场火车站,在那里可以办理乘机手续,也有免费摆渡车前往正定机场航站楼。 酒店的一楼只是礼宾部,大堂在六楼。预订的豪华房,白金卡升级到行政房。这家酒店的行政楼层是18楼和19楼,这两层楼有独立楼梯连接,行政酒廊在19楼,不过行政酒廊每天只有18:00-20:00欢乐时光才开放,其他时间由6楼天禀酒吧提供服务,但是那边的环境远远不如行政酒廊。 这家酒店的行政待遇有:西餐厅自助早餐、行政酒廊欢乐时光、天禀酒吧全日供应软饮和甜点、使用行政酒廊会议室2小时、免费商务中心上网、打印或复印前20页免费、每天免费干洗一套西装或价值60元洗衣、延迟退房到16:00. 房间很宽敞,简约的风格,房间内的设施很新,毕竟是2012年才开业的酒店。但是设施的质量很一般。房间内陈设的家具做工比较粗糙,给人感觉像是出自于小作坊。我住的1909房间,房间镜子上方的木板都已经起泡。大理石地板与地毯之间的缝隙也没有处理,如果客人在房间没有穿鞋,很容易被大理石边缘划伤。浴室的设施还不错,结构紧凑,干湿分离,配有浴缸和独立的淋浴间。 酒店的室内恒温游泳池和健身房都不错,游泳池比石家庄洲际酒店的大,设施也挺不错。 酒店的自助早餐时间是06:00-10:00,个人觉得收餐时间延迟到10:30比较好。早餐的食物比较一般,种类不是很多。晚上行政酒廊的happy hour很不错,可以说是一个小型的自助餐,每天的4个主菜都不一样,有清炒时蔬、油酥大闸蟹、清蒸鱼、批萨,另外还有一些甜点和凉菜。酒精饮料只有2-3款,没有手工饮料。 卫生方面,第一天晚上我准备用浴缸,发现浴缸里面有一根20多厘米的长发以及一些短发。打电话告诉酒店后,酒店值班经理来拍照取证,并让服务员将浴缸清洁消毒。值班经理向我表示歉意,把我的退房时间延迟到16:00,但是我的行政待遇就有延迟退房到16:00,我只能”呵呵“了。在退房的时候,前台主管再次表示歉意,作为补偿将我超出的20多元的洗衣费免去。 服务方面,总体来讲服务挺不错,员工都挺热情,态度挺诚恳。由于行政酒廊关闭,行政酒廊白天的功能由6楼的天禀酒吧承担,并全日供应可乐、雪碧、咖啡和甜点。但是,天禀酒吧很多时候都没有人,每次去都得等一阵子,即使是在酒吧的营业时间(17:00-01:00)也是如此。有一次下午去吃甜点,等了一会儿,来了一个服务员,告诉我只有香蕉片和杏脯。这也算甜点吗?回到房间后,给酒店经理反映。经理说刚刚看见我上楼去了,等会儿派人给我送一些曲奇饼到房间。从这件事,也看出酒店员工对客人挺留意。 让我很惊讶的是,我想要一份地图,居然还有收取6元!!!在这样档次的酒店,地图都应该是免费索取。有的酒店房间内就应该放置地图,方便客人使用。 总之,石家庄万象天成假日酒店,房间设施一般,游泳池和健身房不错,员工也挺热情,但是在管理上有些欠缺。 December 6, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 完美的入住体验 大堂在6楼,虽然早到一点,酒店给升级到行政楼层避免等候,服务很好,办理速度,前台服务相当棒。 1.行政楼层很安静,房间很大。 2.当时正值杂技团入住,我在6楼吃西餐,牛排做的很好,菜量很大,价格很合适。 3.楼下就是购物中心,商业街,相当方便。 4.入住时候有会员提醒和赠饮。 5.酒店健身房也不错,游泳池就在旁边,淋雨桑拿都有,齐全,健身前台服务态度很好,一直都微笑。 总体感觉相当好,希望继续努力。 December 3, 2013

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times for business and recommended it to an associate who ended up booking many rooms for many nights. Both of us were happy. The manager (Peter) asked me on one of my previous stays, what I thought the hotel needed to improve. On this stay, he actively made changes in the hotel for it to continue to improve. I was impressed, because he actually listened (which many managers will do) and then made some changes (which many managers would not bother). He made changes in food options for members of my team, changes to improve some services and daily (him or his staff) would ask how things are going and if anything was needed. He seem to truly care about his hotel and instilled these values on his staff. Sometimes the staff can make or break a hotel - he had a wonderful staff. As an event planner I can appreciate that some things can go wrong (no matter how good you are) - it is a matter of how you handle these problems and how you have learned for the next time which is the difference between a good manager and one not so good. It was a pleasure to be there and I will be back again. December 3, 2013
