Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Meh Servers were down upon arrival so check-in was a drag. No water in the building on the second night. Was told that it would be fixed by 11pm but by 3am, still no water. Shuttle driver was great though. January 30, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Walk to Casinos and SciPort...even at night! Our Family visited Shreveport to go to the Casinos and WIN BIG! I am glad we stayed here, because we were able to walk to the Casinos and SciPort Discovery Center...even at night. There was a shuttle to and from the Casinos until 2AM..but we were winning so we stayed later and walked back. There is quite a bit of noise that comes from the train that is couple feet from the hotel, but if you enjoy yourself enough while at the Casino you barely even notice. The Front Desk Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. Do not bring home the leftovers because there is NO mini-fridge or microwave in the room. Beds were firm but comfortable .The parking had adequate lighting but could easily fill up quickly. We will stay here again! January 29, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 2 nights in January Hotel is older and shows it. So expect the elevators to not work as smooth as new ones and the carpets in the hall ways will show some wear and tear. Biggest problem is the street and train noise on the South half of the hotel. North half is much better so if possible ask for a room on the north side.Overall staff was very helpful and the breakfast buffet was better then average [great Grits] January 28, 2016
