Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service The service was great. The Hotel itself is older but really kept up. The Bed and Pillows are very uncomfortable. We did have a issue with the air the first night but it was resolved as soon as i reported it the next morning. I would consider staying there again if I brought my own pillows. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Shreveport/ finacial Plaza I stay here when pasing thru Shreveport, or staying locally on business. The hotel is older and that is apparent. this detracts from the value and experience in no way. The staff are always helpful, smiling and pleasant. The restaurant food is good at night, the breakfast selections I have tried have been 50/50. This is what a Holiday Inn was to me as a child traeling with the parents, and now some 40 years later, the staff, and experience are all that I remember. For myself this Holiday Inn, and the Staff need to be commended, as every stay has been better than expected. April 26, 2015

The furniture,appliances and carpet in the sitting area were old and stained in both of the rooms I had and in one of the rooms the stand up light was broken. the part that housed the light bulb was hanging from the lamp. In spite of that the room was very clean the bed was comfortable. and when staff was informed of the broken lamp they immediately changed it out for one that was working. April 17, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel In Serious Need of Renovations I stayed at this hotel because the one I normally stay at was unavailable. The staff was nice and I was offered an upgrade to a suite, but the furniture in the room had stains and the room didn't feel very clean. The bathroom was tiny and the shower had very little water pressure. The fitness center was just as dirty and the equipment was in very poor condition. I tried to use the elliptical but it was broken and so was the stationary bike. The pedals needed to be cleaned and the handles felt greasy. When I checked out, there was a $100 charge for the bar that I did not visit. It was mistakenly put on my bill and I had to have someone remove the charge and credit my card. Overall, I was very disappointed int his hotel and will choose others in the future. April 16, 2015
