We also ate in the restaurant and had a very helpful and accommodating staff as well as the manager came over to make sure everything was good. July 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice. We were on the first floor in a Jacuzzi room. The guests on the floor above were evidently filling their tub. Water filling and pump of Jacuzzi were loud; we had to turn up the TV. Poor soundproofing. Everything else was fine. July 11, 2014

Was a little on the expensive side, but we got what we paid for. Enjoyed our dinner. Excellent food and even more excellent service. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A Unique Experience. First of all my compliments to the cleaning crew, the room and motel overall were immaculate. Second I would like to thank the desk clerk for the early check in. Now the rest of the story. As a IHG Rewards Club member I expect just a bit more "recognition" I noted a sign was in the lobby acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members, yet remarkably my name was absent and I had made reservations over a week in advance. I have yet to encounter a Holiday Inn or any other motel where the staff freely eats and plays games in the Lobby in front of the guests. Not particularly professional considering this is a Holiday Inn. Now for breakfast. The dining room opened late. OK it happens. We proceeded to order our meal and waited, and waited. Then our order arrived, sort of. The waiter promptly gave my order to the table next to us and came to our table gave my wife her order and said "Ohh I just totally gave your order to them, umm I'm sorry I'll have your order to you momentarily". About 2 minutes later my order arrived, on my lap, as the waitress dumped my order. "Ohh, I'm so sorry". I was compensated with my son being allowed to order anything on the menu. Did I mention this was 40 minutes into the "meal" and I still hadn't received a water I had ordered and the table next to us who got my order walked out as the rest of their party had not received their order and another table walked out after seeing what happened to me?. Later on a waiter walked by and noticed the food spilled from my order being dumped on me and said "Whoa, are you throwing food at us? Ohh that's from the accident earlier". Yeah, it was. Well those are the highlights. I think people were trying they just need some professional training and some corporate intervention. Not sure I would stay here again. Up until now all of my Holiday Inn experiences have been great. July 10, 2014
