Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by clean and comfortable We were first given a room that was occupied. This gave me security concerns. Restaurant was not staffed well and food was undercooked and returned. Waitress was working her poor heart out. As she was by herself. Room we got was clean and comfortable. August 12, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible check in, restaurant closed due to fire; no elevator Clerk at check in wasted my and others' time answering questions for people trying to decide if they'd stay there. First rule of service: deal with the people who took the time to show up at your doorstep before soliciting new business. Lack of an elevator was a real problem for heavy luggage and elderly guests. We also ate in the restaurant and had a very helpful and accommodating staff as well as the manager came over to make sure everything was good. July 14, 2014
