Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful jacuzzi and comfortable bed Our stay at this Holiday Inn was very comfortable. I ordered room service, and the food came quickly and was very good. Checkin was the quickest I've ever had at any hotel. I would stay here again. January 7, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rest. Like the last time I stayed here, and had Breakfest in the Rest.. Service was slow, food was done but for the most part cold when it got to the table. The Bar had ball games on, but you could not here any off what was being said,as the Music was way to loud for such a small Bar. December 24, 2013

From Patty to Sonia to Joe, to the guys at the front desk, Dustin and Dillon, to the restaurant staff, Manager, waitresses Michelle and Kim, and even your Housekeeping staff from the Manager on down were professional, polite and friendly. My partner Mike and I are FedEx drivers. We travel the entire country, and have stayed in many 'forgettable' hotels. We had to stay almost a week due to our truck breaking down. We were not happy due to the fact that when we are not driving, we make no money. It really helped us 'soften the blow' to be treated like Royalty at the Holiday Inn in Sidney. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wrong room, not completely clean, over-charged, too noisy RE: title - Terrible stay for us. Raised issues with hotel staff, who directed us to the GM. To date we have not received any response to make it right. There are many other options with much better service, responsiveness in Sidney. We will never stay here again - be forewarned. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not good...Not Bad An okay property overall but it needs a lot of updating throughout. The biggest issue with this property is the front desk staff. They have VERY poor customer service skills, unprofessional appearances and spent more time out front smoking than at the front desk. November 5, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel, Staff and Location!!! Stayed here while traveling and found everything to be wonderful!!! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, nicely furnished, quiet and everything was in working order. Has a great restaurant attached with a quick breakfast available. Thank you for having such a nice hotel close to the interstate and easy to get to. Will be back if traveling thru the Sidney area again. Thank you!!! October 31, 2013
