Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stay cut short due to Exec lounge closing Would have stayed longer if the lounge had not closed for refurbishment, withoutout a viable replacement service. However, I will be back once the renovation is completed. Just a big shame that the room refurbishemnt did not include updating "grandma's bathroom" to something that would be expected for a hotel of this standard after the year 1990. Staff as always are wonderfull! Really feels like a home from home! November 18, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel Stayed in this hotel over the weekend for a birthday. Made certain requests during booking and they were all fulfilled. Many thanks to the staff for making it happen. Rooms were clean, though the bathroom looked a little old. Swimming pool was nice but kind of on the small side. Buffet spread for breakfast was okay, mixture of western and some asian dishes. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will be back again. November 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Another excellent stay If you look at my reviews of other IHG properties you will see that I am often critical. With HI Singapore Attrium I have mostly praise. It is without a doubt one of the best HI's in the world. For platinum members, all I can say is that they go above and beyond in terms of benefits and this is what keeps me coming back. They have a very nice executive lounge that you don't often find at HI properties. The rooms are nice, quality rooms, with good soundproofing. Most of my negative reviews about IHG properties in Asia are due to lack of sleep...not here. This is a solid, very well built, hotel. The staff has been top-notch on each visit and overall it appears to be a very well managed property. My only suggestion is that they get an ATM machine. The nearest ATM is pretty far away. I do have one strong complaint. There should not be a "service charge" charged every night on top of the Singapore taxes. I paid the rate for the room and that should include "service". This is a sneaky charge (and expensive!) and I don't appreciate it IHG. Especially when I, by choice, did not have my room cleaned or any services performed. Don't start acting like the airlines and nickel and diming customers. If you do, I will do like I did with the airlines.... forgo loyalty and only look for price. November 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by THE STAFF ARE EXCELLENT Towards the end of an around the world trip my wife and I stayed at the Singapore Atrium. The staff were absolutely amazing and made us so welcome and their friendlyness, assistance and professionalism are highly commended. We had a most enjoyable and confortable stay. The hotel was well located for our visit with a shopping mall a short walk from the hotel. The executive lounge on the 27th floor was excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending and would use the Singapore Atrium again. November 13, 2014
