Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great Service and Quality Room Compensated for Average Locations Stayed with visiting family members from overseas. Very good service from check in staff, breakfast and bell service. Rooms are big and bright and all have a beautiful view to offer. Reservation Manager was generous and kind to offer some additional service because Executive Lounge was not ready. Average location due to it being far away from subway. But it has a free shuttle service which we took to the station. Walkable to the nearest shopping mall, GREAT WORLD CITY within 15 minutes. January 22, 2015

I was offered complementary breakfast, though it was not included in the payment. Overall experience was great. The area of the hotel is a bit far from the MRT stations and information and access to Bus services were not that excellent, but good. January 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A value for money hotel in Singapore This hotel welcomes you to a stunning atrium and a lobby colour scheme that gives a feeling of respite after a long flight. The service staff are courteous and customer-centric. As an IHG member you are acknowledged. The free internet connections at the room and the lobby is a great plus for business travellers. The dining area at the 4th floor is stunningly situated facing the 6 glass enclosed elevators and adds to the dining experience. Good pool and fitness areas. The choices of pillows on offer is a plus and the scented room is such a delightful welcome. Taxi service to the city is superbly easy to avail. Only 5 to 6 minutes to orchard road . Only one thing - Our company has a corporate contract with you and our person in charge proposed not to charge "Early check in " fee. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious What I like about Holiday Inn Atrium is that their rooms are very spacious, Big Rooms and Big Bathrooms. Location is quite okay too as it is quite near Clarke Quay, about 5mins Taxi Ride or you can walk if you like walking. Taxis are not hard to get, as there seems to be always few waiting or I use a taxi app and they seem to arrive pretty fast, hence, i was never late for any meetings. Staff are very helpful and friendly as always which is the key reason why I always stay in Holiday Inn. The only thing is that, my room, when I first walk in had this certain "Old" smell, like it hasn't been occupied for a long time kind of smell, otherwise, rooms are always clean and neat. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great food and staff We spent four nights here over New Years and were very happy with our choice. We were treated like royalty and nothing was a problem. Our 11 year old son was made to feel very welcome and the staff all made sure that they had a conversation with him each day. We had booked 8 months in advance (overseas holiday from Australia) and were disappointed when our club executive room was renovated so we had to stay on a lower floor but the staff more than made up for that by giving us free buffet dinners each night and having drinks and nibbles in the bar before dinner. It was a nice destination to come back to after very eventful days in Singapore and at Sentosa Island. January 13, 2015
