Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Large clean rooms, Great sleep quality A very good hotel with all amenities. Very large clean comfortable rooms,An excellent breakfast buffet. The location isn't ideal. It's a long walk to Clark Quay or Chinatown but taxis and public transport are inexpensive. We did have one minor lapse during our stay. We returned to our room at about 3:30pm to find it not made up. We complained and it was serviced immediately. The concierge service was excellent. May 3, 2015

Our room did not appear to be refurbished and the refrigerator did not have any milk to make a cup of tea on arrival. On contacting the desk, staff arrived with hot milk instead of cold. Breakfast does not cater for those just wanting toast and tea, although I did discover that Vegemite was on hand. Coffee in the foyer is too expensive for paying guests. May 1, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Over Priced Check in was smooth and efficient. Rooms are very basic and nothing fancy. Location is good. Its a big hotel and has no character. They did not have the Wall Street Journal or Herald Tribune considering it is a 4 star hotel. May 1, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Feels at home and relaxing. It was quiet, good access to everywhere, nice staff and very relaxing. I definitely choose this hotel again. I liked the morning buffet what they have, almost everything you ask for breakfast. The staffs are very friendly, you wanna see those nice smiles right after waking up:) Some people like huge resort type hotel but I'd rather stay in a little quiet and nice size of hotel like this. This way you feel more like you are at home and room service delivery is pretty fast, less than 20 min from order! April 30, 2015
