Check in was less than expected. Instead of being greeted as a Rewards member, the individual checking us in stated very loudly "You have a suite, woo hoo." With several people around the check in desk/in lobby, her comment was uncalled for.
Even though the suite was adequate, the bathroom was so small one could hardly maneuver around to shower. The sink in the kitchenette leaked (water only dripped out when turned on) and the refrigerator was way out of level.
The next morning at breakfast we were told it (breakfast) was not included with the room, which caught us off guard. Not a biggie but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Comparable chains offer breakfast with the price of the room.
I wouldn't make a point to stay at this hotel again

Clean with bar and restaurant indoors.

Our stay was excellent! My wife and I were on a return trip from Yellowstone Natioinal Park to home in Maumee, Ohio. We phoned ahead to the reservations organization and they made the reservation very efficiently. Our check -in was delayed a little by a computer glitch, but the manager on site took us through the process. Our breakfast the next morning was excellent.

This hotel was half the price of the others in the area, and I guess you get what you pay for. The rooms were clean and the furniture was comfortable and attractive. The staff was friendly and responsive. But the room was so small that there was barely any walking space around the bed, the ceiling in front of the bathroom door leaked all night long, and the steam from the shower set off the smoke alarm, since the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. Also, the room was advertised as including a fridge and microwave, but had neither. In addition, there was a great deal of noise coming from the adjacent rooms, making it hard to sleep. Yes, the price was good, but I think in future I'll bite the bullet and pay more for a nicer hotel.

Good night's rest and right off the interstate. Great affordable state rate.
Can't wait til all the road construction is finalized.
We also love IHOP and it is located right next door.

Everything about this hotel was fine except for our experience with the front desk staff. They were less than helpful in getting checked in. In my opinion, I feel we were treated this way because we used IHG rewards points to book our room. Had we been paying customers that evening, I feel that we would have had better service.

From check-in to our departure, we were treated most cordially and efficiently. I believe it was Samantha who checked us in, and she was a very friendly young lady. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The TV worked very well, including the closed captioning, which I use to watch the news while my wife sleeps. The parking area was well-lit and the side doors locked on their own. These are important security features for us. At breakfast we had the buffet and it was well-stocked with delicious treats such as crispy bacon, sausage links, sausage gravy, biscuits, scrambled eggs, fresh yogurts and fruit. I made my wife a waffle but in my enthusiasm to eat, I forgot about it. Much to my surprise, when it was done, Jammie brought it to our table on a platter! AND with a smile on her face! What a nice gesture on her part, as busy as she was. Later on, I used the computer in the lobby to check CNN and the markets, and this worked out very well. Upon checkout, we were made to feel like very welcomed guests as Teri warmly bid us adieu at the front desk, thanking us for our stay. All in all, we had a wonderful time and were treated most hospitably.
