The staff of this hotel were very friendly. They always asked me if I needed anything during my stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying In Slidell.

Room was nice and clean. Front desk clerks were NOT forthcoming with misunderstanding of reservation number of nights error. I called with concern about charge of extra night stayed and was told a manager would call me the next day; no call received! I expect better customer service from Holiday Inn Employees! We have been Holiday Inn Priority Club members since 2002 and this is our first problem encountered staying in Holiday Inn. Yes, the error was ours in thinking we made reservations for 4(four) nights, when, in fact the reservations were made in advance, online, thru Holiday Inn website for 3(three) nights. But the clerk I spoke to when I called, again, because I received NO call from a manager was rude, disrespectful, not at all helpful in explaining the extra charges on my account and definitely needs more customer service training. So disappointed, may consider another hotel chain when booking next time.
