Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent customer service I was very impressed overall with my stay at the Holiday Inn, the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. I have diet issues and these were catered for quite unexpectedly as I have not mentioned them on booking which I would normally do. They had Gluten free bread readily available at breakfast which was a huge bonus for me. August 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Value Hotel The room was good although the taps in the bathroom seemed quite old. We used the taxi service to the airport which was free going and chargeable on return. The hotel stated it would be around £28 which still made it reasonable value on top of the room and parking charge. It was in fact £20 and we had a very chatty , friendly taxi driver on return. All things considered we would stay there again and use the taxi service which was very good and efficient. We also had a bar meal and drinks which was average quality. August 14, 2014

Convenient location from M4, quiet area and easy parking Utilised restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast, which had a good selection on menu Rewards club status recognised. August 12, 2014
