Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What A Great Room.... What a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Got stranded due to snow and made a reservation for a room. Check in was a breeze, very friendly staff. My room had an amazing view (which I requested). Room was very nice. Clean, spacious, with a nice work space table and a relaxing chair to watch TV. Wifi in the room so I could finish up my work. Had a nice workout in the very nice fitness center (which has an awesome sauna). Ordered room service from the onsite restaurant and it was delish. My night was capped off by an amazing bed which had ultra nice linens. Slept like a baby. Qucik check out in the morning... YES, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks!! February 26, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Everything is getting old. My heat in my room was so old everytime the compressor turned on it sounded like one of those vibrating football field games from the 70/80s. It was so obnoxiously loud that I had to sleep with ear plugs. The wireless internet was also down for my entire stay and not even their genius on the 1-800 line could figure out why. It wasn't down in the whole hotel, just the wing I was staying in. They seriously need to invest in their infrastructure there and make required improvements. Fitness room is a joke. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best service ever I have never been treated so well at any hotel. The people who check us in were so polite and accommodating and funny. They really know how to make a stranger feel welcome. Always had an answer for any assistance. The Manager of the lounge was exceptional in her welcome and assistance in choosing bar food and drinks. She was very social with all customers to include my husband and I. She provided great conversation and insight to community activities and places to visit. We will defiantly come back to visit with her the next time we are in town. She was our king of people with good home recipes and kindness. February 23, 2015
