Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by friendly, helpful staff My problem was not the staff or the bed, those were great! Nice staff, comfy bed. Free coffee was set up in lobby. Pool was very nice, they even had a lifeguard on duty. What really hurt was I was at a festival half hour away all day from 6:30 a.m and when we got back to hotel at about 11pm, all we wanted to do was sleep we walked all day so tired. Well the beautiful big window had only sheer panels so you couldn't close it so the street lights conveniently placed right outside were first to keep us up, it was so bright in there but we tried closing our eyes, well then several children and adults literally galloping up and down hallway like elephants and laughing and talking until almost 2 a.m !! Then we finally fall asleep, and those people woke up at 6 a.m. to start running around hall again.so we left pretty exhausted :( but at fault of other guests and bad curtain choices. July 27, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by not great for business travel This hotel is located in a great location for business travelers. The rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable. However, the rooms are not really set up for business travelers. There is a lack of electrical outlets, so sitting at the desk to work meant I could have my laptop plugged in OR my phone, but not both. And if you are sensitive to strong smells, the room deodorizer that housekeeping uses is overpowering. The windows don't open so the room can get some fresh air so I kept the fan going to try to get rid of the scent. I think both of these are "fixable" - the hotel could invest in some outlet strips, and they could use a less overpowering deodorizer. July 26, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by As a platinum elite the worse stay ever let's see where do I begin. Front desk not in uniform no nametags, different color wardrobe. Ask housekeeping for extra towels and gave us a hard time. The restaurant on property had the nerve to give us a plastic spoon when we ordered French onion soup they had no dishwasher was too lazy to clean one. The tables are never cleaned up after people sat in them and ate and had a elderly people move from table to table. Housekeeping threw away a very expensive traveling shoebox which was not in the trashcan, Front desk says oh sorry it's destroyed. Guests beware July 10, 2015
