Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great service but rooms could have been better Usually I am an indoor person, and love to stay in a comfortable room with sufficient amenities. This hotel was an average. Although the bed and internet facilities were on par with the standard hotels around, there was less that could hold me back into the room. - Stains can be attended to, walls can be well kept. - Minibar/mini-refrigerator missing, - bathrooms very small. There's no complimentary breakfast (as per regular Holiday Inn, so no complaints). Staff is excellent. The frontdesk, the housekeeping, the restaurant, all of them make you feel pampered!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed; friendly staff The only thing I really didn't like was the design of the bathroom sink. Too high; not enough surface area; sink too close to toilet. Everything else was fine; everyone was friendly; when I sent my steak back at the restaurant (too fatty), no fuss was made; in fact, they gave me the burger I ordered instead for free, which I would not have expected. The prices are creeping upward, and this rate is hard for a small company like ours to afford. But all in all, this was a good experience, and I'd probably stay here again. August 24, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to sleep It is located in a convenient location for business trips. The bed is very comfortable, but other than that I did not spend much time in the hotel. There are some bright street lamps/company next door, and the curtains do not close all the way, so if you have trouble sleeping with the lights on, it might be a bit annoying. As a platinum member this is one of the few hotels that never offers me a room upgrade.Asking for a room refrigerator is a big deal to them,in fact,on a previous they wanted $10 to provide one. However, there were a few issues with my of the closet doors was off the track and made it difficult to open and close the closet; when running the water in the sink it started filling up very slow to drain. The hallway from the elevator to my room was very very hot, by the time I reached my room I was sweating. The food (room service) was adequate, not anything to remember. There were several other small issues, but the staff were excellent! July 30, 2014

The food on the breakfast buffet was good, and the restaurant opened on time - but half the food wasn't ready. We had to wait 10 minutes, or more, for the itmes we wanted. While getting ready in the morning, I discovered there was no shampoo in the bathroom. I reported this to the woman at the front desk as I was checking out. She didn't seem concerned. July 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best Hotel Stay Compared To Other Hotels Very pleased. We always travel with our 13lb., 3 year old Shih Tzu. My 1st. floor room provided me easy access to take my pet who is very well trained to potty. We loved the sliding door in our room giving us access to the pool. We also loved the quaint outdoor sitting area outside of our room. Bed was very comfortable. Neighbors were friendly. There could have been a more variety of breakfast foods offered. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Busy but quiet I've stayed at this hotel before and want to first of all thank them for allowing the exhibitors for the Garden State Cat Show to stay here with their cats. My room was comfortable and reasonably clean but had a rather pervasive and unidentifiable odor--perhaps from the air conditioner but not sure. Bed was comfortable and the hotel was very quiet at night despite hosting a large family reunion and what appeared to be several tour groups of young people. My biggest issue was that about 30 minutes after checking in, someone tried to enter my room as they had been given the same room. 15 minutes later, one of the hotel staff knocked on my door to 'see who was in the room.' I ended up going down to the lobby to get it straightened out. When I returned to my room, my keys no longer worked. At that point, I was more than annoyed since it was a long hike to the lobby and the elevators were not speedy. The sports bar was OK but service tended to be slow. The food was good and reasonably priced. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful (despite giving my room out to other guests!). July 23, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Small beds and very worn out Holiday Inn is always our first choice! This hotel is not near the standards of the typical Holiday Inn. The beds are the small doubles. The area hotels have the larger doubles. The hallways and rooms are very worn. Doors do not close properly. Very dated property top to bottom. Will never return to this property and will do more research on my future Holiday Inn stays. It was difficult to not endorse this hotel because we used our reward points.(have 100,000+ points) Thank you for your time July 20, 2014
