Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient I had a lovely and relaxing stay overnight in Cambridge/Somerville while visiting family. Having a heated pool was fabulous since I love to swim! The room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends!!!! May 15, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious and comfortable, close by cab Not the best location, but far superior to other places I have stayed in town over the last decade. Very spacious and comfortable room, clean and in excellent repair. One of the first things I look for in a hotel is glasses, rather than plastic cups, and this room had nice tumblers but no wine glasses. I had a beer in the lovely restaurant (and low-key sports bar) adjacent to the lobby, and brought my drink upstairs, so I didn't miss the wine glasses. I did not test the bartending, as I am invariably disappointed, and there was no drink menu. But the fish and chips did not disappoint. A short cab (Uber) ride to everywhere in town, so if you don't care about walking out the door into a pedestrian-friendly area, a top pick for visiting the city. May 14, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disaster Check-In Staff incorrectly typed in our corporate credit card info during check in and refused to allow us to check in after a long travel day. This issue took over an hour to resolve, and was only resolved after we charged a different card. Staff were not apologetic and only offered minor compensation (1 free breakfast) after being prompted to do so. Other (more minor) annoyances: Internet is spotty and I was disconnected several times per hour. Fitness centre has a broken treadmill and elliptical. Bar manager refused to acknowledge/serve me at the bar -- waited 10 minutes until another employee to be served) For the price of the hotel I expect much better in all areas. The only satisfactory part of my stay was the great housekeeping. May 9, 2016
